[M68k] Finish implementation of `MOVX` (move and extend) pseudo-instructions and fix related errors (#218938)
This patch adds remaining addressing modes to the "move and extend"
pseudo-instructions, and fixes a few errors and inconsistencies in the
logic that caused inefficient code generation.
- Remaining addressing modes were implemented to match non-pseudo `MOVE`
instructions.
- Names of the pseudos now correctly reflect the register classes they
operate on, e.g. `MOVZXd32r16` for XR16 -> DR32.
- Fixed an issue where `MOVZX` could be allocated to an address
register, which has no way to zero-extend the result. (There were even
some of these in the test `register-spills.ll`, emitted as illegal
instructions, but the test doesn't have instruction verification
enabled, so it wasn't caught.)
- Fixed some `extload` patterns where the register was unnecessarily
extended to 32 bits before being truncated to its final size, causing
redundant instructions to be omitted.
- Fixed `anyext` patterns lowering to `MOVZX` instead of `MOVX`, causing

devel/py-tyro: new port
tyro is a lightweight, ergonomic way to build CLI interfaces and
config objects directly from Python type annotations. It wraps
argparse with a clean, type-driven API and sensible defaults,
letting you turn dataclasses, attrs classes, or Pydantic models
into CLI interfaces.
It provides automatic --help generation from docstrings, shell
completion for bash/zsh/fish/PowerShell, and nested subcommands
with minimal boilerplate.

[LAA] Remove unused functions (NFC) (#226733)
Remove RuntimePointerChecking::empty and LoopAccessInfo::getNumLoads /
getNumStores, which have no callers, together with the NumLoads and
NumStores counters that were only read by the latter.
textproc/languagetool: switch to snapshot releases

games/openjk: update to g20260711
Remove the bit-rotted PowerPC-only light grid path from the new rend2
renderer, which does not compile on powerpc64 and powerpc64le.
Add minor and release upgrades installed in a boot environment
Upgrades served by the current ABI repository are now classified from
the GhostBSD version string and handled according to what changed.
A FreeBSD minor change is a "minor" upgrade and a GhostBSD release
change is a "release" upgrade. Both install into a new boot environment
and reboot into it, like a major upgrade already did. Minor reinstalls
every package, release does not. Anything else stays on the in-place
flow.
Version handling:
- parse_version() and classify_upgrade() compare the installed version
from ghostbsd-version against the repository version from pkg rquery
- find_updates() is the single entry point for "is there anything to
install". It owns Data.upgrade_type and checks the running system
first, because its package updates have to be installed before a
major upgrade. A pending major upgrade is put aside while looking and
