Revert "[Compiler-rt][test] Fix circular link dependency between builtins and libc" (#203152)
Reverts llvm/llvm-project#199482 due to failures when it's used on
platforms with non-ELF linkers. The patch needs additional guards, but
it's not immediately clear which platform linkers support the required
options.
install: drop obsolete file size limit for -C
Removes the file size limit for -C comparisons. The limit was
meant to prevent oversized mmap allocations, which is no longer
relevant as mmap is no longer used here (removed by
a0439a1b820fa0e742c00d095f5f5c06f5f19432, review D44809).

[CodeGen] Support --print-changed for legacy codegen IR passes (#202252)
--print-changed is only wired into MachineFunctionPass (
https://reviews.llvm.org/D133055), so the IR-level passes in the codegen
pipeline (atomic-expand, codegenprepare, etc.) are not reported.
Report them from FPPassManager/MPPassManager instead, via a new
Pass::printIRUnit hook that MachineFunctionPass overrides to print MIR.
Analyses are skipped, matching the new pass manager.

Add haud(4), a driver for audio playback using Iris Indigo's
onboard DSP ("Hollywood Audio"). The same hardware is also
present on Personal Iris 4D/3x machines, split across the
mainboard and an optional "Magnum Audio" card (untested).
The DSP requires firmware, so this driver leverages IRIX's
hdsp.lod. Since that's proprietary, it's left up to the user
to install it from an existing IRIX system or its installation
media. See forthcoming haud(4) manpage for details.
