[TableGen] Fix crash of !switch parse in defvar context (#202119)
`ListInit::convertInitializerTo()` and similar variants do not perform a
nullptr check. Adding a check to the caller parse method and a test case
for defvar.
Add a dedicated acme.log for certificate issuance
This commit adds changes to register an 'acme' log file in the syslog-ng logging setup so ACME certificate issuance diagnostics (order URIs, identifiers, and phase transitions) land in their own /var/log/acme.log instead of being mixed into the main middleware log.
[SCEVExpander] Do not insert after callbr (#201322)
findInsertPointAfter handle invoke and otherwise use the instruction
after def instruction as the insertion point.
This is not valid for callbr which is a terminator. Advancing the
iterator moves the insertion point past the terminator, and the
following code uses that invalid position, e.g when asm goto lowers to
callbr in #200987
Use the insertion point before MustDominate for callbr.

go-jsonnet: Import go-jsonnet-0.22.0 as wip/go-jsonnet
This an implementation of Jsonnet in pure Go. It is a feature complete,
production-ready implementation. Bindings to C and Python are available
(but not battle-tested).
This code is known to work on Go 1.24 and above. We recommend always
using the newest stable release of Go.
Jsonnet can be used on the command line to evaluate Jsonnet input files
and produce JSON, Yaml, or other outputs, or it can be used as a
library.
Security note: If you are running a system that evaluates untrusted
Jsonnet code, extra care should be used to defend against data
exfiltration risks. By default, the import, importstr and importbin
language constructs can read from any path accessible to the Jsonnet
process. The Jsonnet library allows you to provide your own logic for
processing imports, which is one way to restrict imports to known safe

Emit the CIR OpenCL kernel argument metadata attribute for kernel functions. Preserve CIR language address-space kinds until lowering and include argument names only when `-cl-kernel-arg-info` is enabled.

Ignore type mismatch in riscv-specific code, fixes the build on riscv64
clang-22 considers pointer mismatches between unsigned long * and
unsigned long long * as fatal errors. Make the errors non-fatal until
I nuderstand what it takes to appease the compiler. Said errors
shouldn't matter anyway given that said types are always the same size
on riscv64 anyway. make test agrees.
Some performance increases are visible for eg chacha or AES on this
Spacemit k1, but more efforts are needed to unlock performance
improvements gated behind riscv_hwprobe checks.
