[CMake] Remove references to GnuWin32 tools from `LLVM_LIT_TOOLS_DIR` (#217657)
Change "GnuWin32 tools" to "Unix tools for Windows". The GnuWin32 tools
are no longer recommended and the current recommendation is to use the
Unix tools from Git for Windows.

This is the mechanical rename of the check documentations in six
modules.
The rewrite is provided by the next PR in this stack.
[AArch64][NFC] Refactor SVE tail-folding option interleave test (#217560)
Replace the interleave3 test case with interleave4, since interleave3 is
not yet modelled by the cost model.
[VPlan] Make VPIRFlags verification type aware, fix remaining holes. (#213081)
Update hasRequiredFlagsForOpcode to also take the result type and use it
for flag verification for opcodes that can have flags depending on type
(like Phi, Select and Call).
Each of those sites is covered by existing tests, which assert without
the corresponding fix. The generated IR is unchanged, as the missing
flags are all empty by default.
Update all places we create selects and phis to properly pass through
the proper flags. VPBuilder helpers are extended to take flags as
std::optional, to make it easy to get the default flags automatically if
needed. It also ensures the callers have to pass in correct flags, if
they explicitly pass flags.

[AMDGPU] Fix variable name in PhiIncomingAnalysis. NFC. (#217899)
All BBs in ReachableMap are "reachable". The bool map value tells you
whether a reachable BB is a "source", as in isSource().
[AMDGPU] Set gfx13 LDS to 192KB and model LDS size via subtarget features (#214513)
Set gfx13 addressable LDS to 192KB (96KB on two SIMDs).
Replace the isGFX10/1250 if-logic for LDS size with a new feature
FeatureHalfAddressablePhysicalLocalMemory. It marks targets where a
work-group can address only half of the physical LDS block.
This change is NFC for all targets except gfx13.

### Bug fixes
- Adapt keybinding handling to changed API of Gtk.accelerator_parse
in newer versions of Gtk. This fixes broken keybindings.
- The pytest package needed for running MComix' unit tests is now
installed when installing the `dev` dependency group.
### Features
- MComix now respects the XDG Thumbnail Directory specification (again),
and will store thumbnails relative to XDG_CACHE_HOME instead of
relative to the home directory on UNIX systems. Nothing changes
on Windows. Note: Existing thumbnails in the former cache directory
($HOME/.thumbnails) are not moved automatically by this update.
- Added new sort order option (GLib order) that uses GTK collate keys
when computing file order.

[DAG] Remove trivial VP SDNodes. NFC
This removes the codegen parts of the trivial VP intrinsics. It's quite far reaching, but the general categories of code removed are:
- Removing definitions from VPIntrinsics.def
- Legalization and expansion code
- MatchContext used to match over both VP and non-VP nodes
- Some dead DAGCombines and folds in SelectionDAGBuilder
There are still more things to be cleaned up after this, e.g. removing more of the VPIntrinsic class hierarchy, removing ExpandVectorPredication/moving expansion into other places, removing MatchContext from SDPatternMatch
[DAG] Expand vp.*rem and vp.cttz.elts with non-vp nodes.
Trivial VP SDNodes will be removed in an upcoming patch. The division is still predicated so we avoid UB.
