x11/xfce4-terminal: Fix unsafe paste confirmation dialog functionality
Reverting upstream change that causes the unsafe paste confirmation
dialog to not show up when pasting multi line selection with the
middle mouse button.

[CompilationDatabase] Treat .cppm file as C++ in InterpolatingCompilationDatabase (#187446)

it seems like we lost the flag for "-std=c++26" there and we meet odd
error messgae like the std ver is not correct. and it turns out we
simply didn't interpret .cppm file as C++ in some corner of the
codebase.
[lldb][Platform][NFC] Move SanitizedScriptingModuleName into ScriptInterpreter (#187229)
In preparation for https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/187031
The `SanitizedScriptingModuleName` will be re-used from `Platform` (in
addition to `PlatformDarwin` where it currently lives). To do that we'll
need to move it to a common place. `ScriptInterpreter` seems like the
most natural place for this to live.
I introduced a new virtual `GetSanitizedScriptingModuleName` that
`ScriptInterpreter`s can override in the future if they have their own
sanitization logic. I made the default implementation the one we've been
using for Python because that way the unit-tests that currently mock the
`ScriptInterpreter` don't need to copy the implementation.
Also made `WarnIfInvalidUnsanitizedScriptExists` a protected static
function on `Platform` because it didn't seem right for that to also
live in `ScriptInterpreter`.

- Remove unneded patch, port now uses meson to build, so patching

`git-clang-format` uses a fixed path (`.git/clang-format-index`) for its
temporary index file. When concurrent git operations interact with this
file (most commonly via the [pre-commit](https://pre-commit.com/)
framework), git's internal locking creates
`.git/clang-format-index.lock` which persists after abnormal exits,
**blocking all subsequent commits**.
The fix replaces the fixed path with a unique temporary file via
`tempfile.mkstemp()`.
