CodeGen: Remove shadowing TargetMachine members from COFF and M68k TLOFs
TargetLoweringObjectFile::Initialize already records the TargetMachine in a
base class field.

- Fixed -r (RIPE RIS) lookups attributing ASNs to the wrong hops. RIS added
header lines our bulk reply parser did not expect; the parser now walks the
reply block by block and handles "No entries found" correctly.
- illumos/SmartOS: builds again (sys/sockio.h, alloca.h, termios.h) and traces
no longer hang on a silent hop.
- All platforms: the capture loop now waits on the pcap descriptor with
select() instead of polling, so timeouts and retries run even where
libpcap's non-blocking read blocks (illumos DLPI); lower idle CPU elsewhere.
- Whois failures now say what failed (DNS, connect, timeout, empty reply)
instead of a blanket "No reply", in whob and in lft -V. Whois connects time
out after 10 s and replies after 20 s; the read timeout was never compiled
in before. Server names get up to 4 s to resolve (was 1 s), so slow or VPN
resolvers no longer cause spurious lookup failures.
- -P (RFC 1393) is recognized again; it prints a notice unless LFT was built
with ./configure --enable-rfc1393.

gpt(8): Add '-n' to "expand" to not auto extend the last partition
Add the '-n' option to the "expand" command to not auto extend the last
partition, so only the GPT itself is expanded.
Rewrite the "expand" command description in the man page to read more
clear and fluent.

www/bunkerweb: Make the scheduler and the API work together
The scheduler registered the instance with HTTP_PORT instead of
API_HTTP_PORT, so it never reached it and ran no jobs at all.
Run it as the worker user and share the directories with the API,
which replaces those files on a push. Point the remaining Linux paths
in the API and the config saver at their FreeBSD locations, teach the
reload path about the openresty binary, and let the worker reload
through the rc script, the fallback upstream already uses.

www/nginx-module-vod: Update to 1.10.0
Adds DASH accessibility support and HLS I-frame playlists for fMP4,
fixes the subrequest buffer allocation with proxy_cache and the manifest
durations after keyframe-aligned clipping, and refactors the code onto
the current nginx conventions.
Upstream now requires nginx 1.23 and FFmpeg 5.1 as a minimum. Both
are met by the nginx ports and by multimedia/ffmpeg.
