games/robocode-naval: Ignore portscout
robocode-naval and robocode share the same SourceForge project, so
portscout keeps reporting games/robocode versions as new releases for
this port. Naval Robocode has its own versioning scheme (0.9.2 being
the latest), so just ignore it.
epair: allow disabling receive checksum offloading
Allow disabling RXCSUM and RXCSUM6 on an epair interface. If disabled,
epair unsets the mbuf flags that indicate a valid checksum when
transferring a packet from one epair end to the other. This gives a
user in a jail the power to control whether the user wants to use the
result of a previous validation (by a physical interface) or not.

[clang][Lex] Preserve physical line start after comments in -C mode (#216556)
When comments are preserved with -C, a comment at the start of a
physical line consumes the PhysicalStartOfLine state. As a result, a
preprocessor directive following the comment is not recognized.
Preserve the PhysicalStartOfLine state when returning a comment token so
that directives following comments are still handled correctly.

[APFloat][SelectionDAG] Support Float8E5M3FNU in convert.{to,from}.arbitrary.fp
Float8E5M3FNU was already accepted by the IR verifier, because
isValidArbitraryFPFormat is defined in terms of
getArbitraryFPFormatSizeInBits and that table covers it. It was missing
from getArbitraryFPSemantics, so SelectionDAGBuilder rejected
it with "not implemented format" and the verifier-clean IR failed to
compile. Add the mapping and the corresponding entries in the
expandCONVERT_{TO,FROM}_ARBITRARY_FP format allowlists.
Unlike every other format the expansions handle so far, Float8E5M3FNU is
unsigned: it has no sign bit, so all 8 bits go to a 5-bit exponent and a
3-bit significand.
Since an unsigned format cannot represent a negative value, a negative
input now saturates to zero when the saturate flag is set, and is poison
otherwise. -0.0 is excluded from that and still converts to +0, and the
check is ordered before the NaN case so a negative NaN still produces the
NaN encoding. APFloat treats constructing a negative value in an unsigned

Only a few lines losing line breaks need review. This affects only some
strings.

wifi: mt76: mt7921: refactor regd update to fix recursive mutex deadlock
Split mt7921_mcu_regd_update() into two functions to prevent recursive
mutex acquisition. Introduce __mt7921_mcu_regd_update() as the internal
implementation that assumes the mutex is already held by the caller,
while mt7921_mcu_regd_update() remains as the external interface that
handles mutex acquisition and release.
This fixes a deadlock issue when mt7921_regd_set_6ghz_power_type() is
called with the device mutex already held. Without this change, calling
mt7921_mcu_regd_update() would attempt to acquire the same mutex again,
causing a recursive lock deadlock.
The __mt7921_mcu_regd_update() function can be safely called when the
caller has already acquired the device mutex, avoiding the deadlock
while maintaining proper synchronization for regulatory domain updates.

Revert "i2c: designware: defer probe if child GpioInt controllers are not bound"
This reverts commit 0a4bb2abc3e56d7be6e69b050c88ba52c87e22bf.
This was reported to break the touchpad on at least some Thinkpads, and
while the revert has hit the i2c tree, it hasn't hit mine. So I'm
reverting it directly just to have this resolved for the imminent 7.2
release.

test dependency, which is no longer used. The sdist was renamed to use
an underscore, so set DISTNAME accordingly.
Newer versions require devel/py-coverage 7.10.6 or later, which is not
in the tree yet.
