NAS-142566 / 26.0.0 / Stop passing middlewared's environment to init/shutdown scripts (by Qubad786) (#19678)
## Problem
User scripts were spawned with middlewared's entire environment,
including `NOTIFY_SOCKET`. Since our unit sets `NotifyAccess=all`, a
daemon a script leaves behind can send `MAINPID=` and be adopted as the
unit's main process, so systemd tears middlewared down when that daemon
later exits. A user hit this with a POSTINIT script starting a NUT
driver: the driver was killed as a duplicate on every boot, middlewared
went down with it.
## Solution
Pass a curated set of names instead of inheriting: `PATH`, `TZ`, `LANG`,
`USER`, the proxy variables and `REQUESTS_CA_BUNDLE`, all of which
existing scripts may reasonably depend on. Allowlisted rather than
denylisted so that whatever systemd or a plugin sets next stays out of
user scripts too.

Mark the ones which are static as such, strip declarations in headers to
avoid unnecessary dependencies, and nest the non-static ones under the
llvm namespace.
[SLP][AMDGPU] Fix load-address typo in v4f16 combine tests (#222112)
Patch addresses issue where tests are not performing 4 contiguous
elements load/store chain as intended.
- Correcting both typos (`%tmp6` vs. `%tmp10`) so each function
represents a contiguous 4-element chain.
- `copysign_combine_v4f16` and `canonicalize_combine_v4f16` now
vectorize identically on `GFX8` and `GFX9`.
- Adding `canonicalize_combine_v4f16_noncontiguous`, to preserve
existing test coverage, so the non-contiguous-gather path isn't silently
dropped.
MAINTAINERS/CODEOWNERS: Scheduling/Priorities: Add a bit more files
These files are not about scheduling per se but about priority
management, mostly from user space.
[SLP][AMDGPU] Fix test to actually exercise count-check condition (#222022)
The gfx906 RUN lines in `inst-count-heuristic.ll` never exercised the
`SLPInstCountCheck` heuristic they were meant to test.
This patch converts the test kernel from `i32` to `i16` elements so the
heuristic's `getVectorFactor() == 2` gate is actually reachable on
gfx906, and adds a `-slp-inst-count-check=false` RUN line to cover the
non-default behavior.
fix: Supply the HIP SPIR-V version only for metadata emission
Fix the assertion exposed by PR #214246 under the version invariant from PR #219687. Supply OpenCL 2.0 in classic CodeGen and CIRGen without changing HIP language options or enabling OpenCL-only Sema restrictions.

[CodeView] Read and dump `S_ASSOCIATION` (#221034)
`S_ASSOCIATION` associates one symbol with another one. Right now, it's
only used for coroutines. The `get_associatedSymbol*` functions from
[`IDiaSymbol8`](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/debugger/debug-interface-access/idiasymbol8)
use this record. I'm not sure if the VS debugger uses this at all.
The symbol value was added earlier, but we weren't able to read/write
it. Also, lld would remove it when linking, as it didn't know if it
contained type indices.
This PR adds support for that. It's only visible in llvm-pdbutil where
we can dump it and roundtrip through yaml. I checked that it uses the
correct format when used with the DIA dump sample.
The coroutine kind is still missing. It's contained in the flags of an
`S_FRAMEPROC`. But it'd like to wait for #215887 which touches the flags
in YAML.
ng_hci: build the devd notification in a stack buffer
sbuf_new_auto() sleeps, and ng_hci_default_rcvmsg() can run under the
raw HCI socket pcb mutex held across NG_SEND_MSG_PATH().
