[SandboxVec][DAG][NFC] Replace UnscheduledSuccs/Preds with a single variable (#215364)
This is a cleanup patch that replaces the two DAG node unscheduled
dependency counters (that is UnscheduledSuccs and UnscheduledPreds) with
a single one named UnscheduledDeps.
The reasoning is that scheduling operates on one direction at a time so
if we are scheduling bottom-up then we only need the unscheduled
successors, and if we schedule top-down then we only need the
unscheduled predecessors.
math/Imath: bump PORTREVISION after Boost update
Imath require Boost only with non-default option PYTHON so it was missed from original bump list :(

moor: update to 2.17.0.
v2.17.0: Report loading progress to your terminal Latest
With this release, moor reports to the terminal when it's busy loading,
using the OSC 9;4 progress protocol supported by terminals such as
iTerm2.
Also in this release:
Fixed a data loss bug where two moor instances sharing a search
history file could silently overwrite each other's committed
