[OpenMP] Enable collapse handling in triangular loops. (#184674)
These changes ensure that triangular loops are handled correctly when
calculating the number of iterations in OpenMP loops with `collapse`.
bootgrid: force a lightweight redraw when columns are programmatically changed
This is evident in the new firewall rules page, where disabling inspect
mode can leave a gap on the right side of the table due to the removed
columns.

- Added `context_managers` parameter to `Example.run_inline()`, allowing tests to inject context managers (e.g. `unittest.mock.patch`) that are active during `show_report()`.
Fixed
- Fixed `UsageError("unmanaged values can not be compared with snapshots")` raised during session teardown when using `-k` to filter tests. This was caused by inline-snapshot trying to update snapshots that were never compared. This is a rare edge case that caused problems when matchers were used, so it has been removed.
bootgrid: use expand formatter for blocklist URLs and dnsbl types as well (https://github.com/opnsense/core/issues/9796)
While here, the fetched value should use the formatter value first,
falling back to the actual cell value if it isn't there.
