[flang] Reject type bound procedure overrides with mismatched passed-object dummy names (#210876)
Fixes #206913
Issue:
Flang wrongly accepts a type-bound procedure override when the
implementing procedure uses a different dummy name than the parent
deferred interface.
Root cause:
The PASS override check uses CanOverride, which compares dummy types but
not dummy names for the passed-object argument.
Fix:
Check that dummy names match before CanOverride and report a clear error
clang/AMDGPU: Fix confused image builtin availability tests (#213567)
These tests appear to have been copy paste from other image error
tests, which were checking for invalid argument validation. The point
of these tests were to reject image builtins on unsupported targets,
and not just gfx942. Rename the tests, and fix the invalid argument
usage. Each builtin should be used in a valid way.

RuntimeLibcalls: Add generic FCMP3_F* three-way compare for single-symbol ABIs
MSP430's __mspabi_cmpd/__mspabi_cmpf are one three-way compare symbol serving
every predicate, previously modeled as six suffixed impls each. Replace them
with a single generic operator FCMP3_*, and give softenSetCCOperands a 3rd
lowering option. After the boolean O*_F* and the per-predicate FCMP3_<pred>_F*
helpers, use the generic FCMP3_F* helper tested with the predicate's condition
code.
Also opt __nedf2 out of the MSP430 default set: it was the only libgcc F64
compare not already opted out, so it would otherwise provide FCMP3_UNE_F64 and
win over __mspabi_cmpd for not-equal.

Reapply [ProfileData] Implement contains in SampleProfileNameTable (NFC) (#213408)
This patch implements contains(StringRef) and contains(uint64_t) in
SampleProfileNameTable and SampleProfileReader to serve symbol
membership queries directly from the reader -- "is this symbol in the
name table?".
Without this patch, users of the sample profile reader, namely
SampleProfileLoader::doInitialization and SampleProfileNameSet, each
construct their own StringSet<> containing all name table entries.
That is, we end up with two instances of StringSet<> with identical
contents. Since these instances hold their own copies of symbol
strings on the heap, both the constructor and destructor take up a
large portion of compilation time.
This patch teaches SampleProfileReader::contains to directly serve
symbol membership queries.

mincore(2): Fix several bugs

This change should fix a crash in Mesa where it calls mincore() to
determine whether a protocol field is a valid pointer in order to
keep compatible with an old protocol version.
* Fix an off-by-one error in filling the skipped entries. lastvecindex
refers to the last valid byte, so the new bytes should come after it.

mincore(2): Add 'vm.mincore_mapped' sysctl to control reporting
Add the 'vm.mincore_mapped' (default ON!) to control whether to report
only the mapping status (if set to a non-zero value) or the physical
residency (if set to a zero value; the old behavior).
The idea of implementing this and enabling it by default is to help
mitigate page cache attacks [1].
