pmc(8): add missing headers to not rely on header pollution
This mutes a number of complains from g++ about needing specific headers
for functionality related to C strings and other function prototypes.

pmc(8): resolve -Wshadow issues
- Prefix all structs with the struct keyword to avoid collisions between
the types and variables with the same "name".
- Use `_` suffixed variables in initializers to distinguish input
parameters from public members [1].
Resolve some trailing whitespace issues while here.
NOTE: this doesn't resolve the -pedantic issue reported by g++ with
`pmchdr_cpuidinfo::cpuid` about the field being a flexible array in an
otherwise empty struct.
1. I generally do this the other way around, i.e., suffix private/protected
members with `_`, but these are public members in structs and I don't want
to introduce a lot of churn in calling code.

[PowerPC][AIX] Reject .weak_definition like ELF (#156072)
weak_definition is a Mach-O-specific directive and is not supported on
XCOFF. Previously it crashed the XCOFF streamer via report_fatal_error
in emitSymbolAttribute. Return false for MCSA_WeakDefinition like
MCELFStreamer does, so the parser rejects it with the same diagnostic as
ELF.
Revert "[libc] Add realpath to linux entrypoints" (#215156)
Reverts llvm/llvm-project#212925, the tests assume that `/tmp` is a
real, valid directory on the system, which is not true for all
buildbots. `libc-riscv32-qemu-yocto-fullbuild-dbg` in particular seems
to have a symlink or similar from `/tmp` to `/var/volatile/tmp`. See

s/mipsNN_cp0_cause_read/mips_cp0_cause_read/ in INGENIC_INTR_DEBUG guarded code.
It is disabled though, thus moving #ifdef 0 higher to make option build.
(otherwise buffer is unused and compiler complains)
Not sure why the code was disabled, potentially it was too verbose.
Replace MFC0 macro with CP0 accessor functions in debug code.
Include ingenic_var.h in ingenic/mainbus.c when INGENIC_DEBUG is enabled and
move "opt_ingenic.h" higher so this option is visible for the include.
MFC0 macro was removed in ingenic_regs.h v1.25, but debug code was not adopted.
Fixes INGENIC_DEBUG enabled build for the evbmips CI20 kernel config.
py-grpcio: fix linking
The created shared objects were missing symbols; adapt the search path
in setup.py to use the pkgsrc locations, and use all abseil libraries.
Bump PKGREVISION.
