[mlir][Linalg] Split explicit inherent/discardable attribute APIs access (#218916)
Migrate Linalg, Bufferization, and MemRef users to explicit discardable
or operation-specific attribute access, including the Linalg generator
and C API.

Do not import symlinks from non-pkg package builds
The package phase lets the jail build user write to a host-backed
/.npkg directory. build_port() imported every file and symlink from
that directory into the host package repository. An absolute symlink
changes meaning at this boundary: it points inside the jail while
mounted but at the host after import.
Only the pkg bootstrap variants need package-manager compatibility
links. Process those links before their targets and reject any that
resolve outside staging. Import only regular files for other ports,
preventing their build output from introducing host-resolved symlinks
into the repository.

[AMDGPU] Move the LDS bank count query into TargetParser
Emit LDSBankCount as a column of the generated AMDGPU GPU table and
expose getLDSBankCount() from TargetParser, so consumers that only have
a GPUKind or subarch can read it without an MCSubtargetInfo.

chflags.1: Change dontcache to nocache
Commit 290e563166b4 changed the flag's name from dontcache

NAS-142117 / 27.0.0-BETA.1 / Force ACL application on app-owned ix-volume paths (#19539)
## Problem
The served schema hides `force` for ix-volumes and defaults it to true,
but clients submit an explicit false and middleware honours it, so
applying an ACL fails with `path contains existing data` as soon as the
app has written to its own volume. Once that false is persisted,
validation rejects the config before normalization can correct it.
The bad value comes from the UI, which honours `hidden` only on the
field carrying it: for an ix-volume the whole `options` block is hidden,
so the form still builds a `force` control, seeds it with its own
boolean default of false rather than the schema's true, and submits that
for a system managed dataset.
## Solution
ix-volumes are system managed, so anything in them is managed bys -
confirmed with Stavros that `force` should always be true for them when
an ACL is wanted.

[AMDGPU] Add FeatureLDSBankCount64 for gfx12.5
gfx1250, gfx1251 and gfx1250-strict have 64 LDS banks rather than 32.
Set the count on FeatureISAVersion12_50_Common so all three, and the
gfx12-5-generic target covering them, inherit it.

[CIR] Drop call-conv-lowering opt-out from OpenACC declare tests
The six OpenACC declare tests opted out of CallConvLowering because the pass
did not handle parameters of an empty or tag class. CallConvLowering handles
them now, so they can run the pass and pin what it produces.

[Hexagon] Emit PS_aligna in the prologue with the final stack alignment (#204660)
Hexagon uses PS_aligna to set up the aligned stack base register when a
function has variable-sized stack objects. That pseudo is created during
instruction selection using the maximum stack alignment known at that
point.
Register allocation can later introduce HVX spill slots with stricter
alignment, for example 128-byte alignment in HVX 128-byte mode. If
PS_aligna keeps the older immediate, the aligned base register can be
under-aligned, and aligned HVX spill stores may address stack slots with
insufficient alignment.
In order to address this bug, insert PS_aligna during prologue emission
once its final value is known instead of manually updating it throughout
the backend multiple times.
unifi: Move from unifi10
Earlier we had multiple versions in wip during a difficult 7->10
upgrade. Now we have 10.1 in pkgsrc and 10.6 in wip, and UBNT is
headed to Unifi OS. There's no reason to have a different name.
unifi10: Drop openjdk17 and explain non-working status
Upstream uses jdk25, class file version 69.0, and openjdk21 has 65.0.
Drop openjdk17 (which only supports class file version 61.0).

chflags: Add a new UF_NOCACHE flag
This internet draft (which is close to being an RFC)
specifies a new NFSv4.2 attribute which tells the NFSv4.2
client to not cache file data. (Similar to O_DIRECT, but
triggered by this attribute set on the file on the NFSv4.2
server and not by the application's open(2).)

This patch adds a new chflags(1) flag called UF_NOCACHE to
implement this.
Patches for NFS and ZFS will be done separately.
This is a redo of the patch, with a requested name change
and a #ifdef in strtofflags.c so that it doesn't break some

Pool split leaks DTL spacemap objects
zpool split does not release DTL space map objects for
removed vdevs. Use the same approach as in spa_vdev_detach().
Mark vdev detached, and dirty DTL.
vdev_count_leaves() is implemented to set reader lock
to reliably count vdevs with private function. However,
while we are already holding spa config locks, we can not
count vdevs.
zpool split does clone original pool MOS for new pool byte-by-byte,
including DTL data for vdevs. As new pool does not have vdevs
left into old pool, this would result leaking those DTL's.

build_llvm_release.bat: Disable openmp for stage0 and profile builds (#218744)

The rvgen kunit command generates .bak backup files and these are
checked in for selftests as "golden" files for make check. But
'make distclean' removes such files, leaving the tree dirty.
Switch to .old to preserve a clean tree after make disclean.
