[Verifier] Forbid operand bundles with label operands (#220529)
These should obviously not be allowed, and break the invariant that
labels can only occur (as Uses) inside terminators, which the
predecessor iterator relies on.
[GlobalISel] Add G_EXTRACT_VECTOR_ELT to computeNumSignBits (#218283)
Port the SDAG EXTRACT_VECTOR_ELT computeNumSignBits handling to
GlobalISel. If the element index is known, demand only that element from
the source vector. If unknown, conservatively demand all elements.
Part of #150515.

[LoopVersioning] Preserve MemorySSA if requested. (#220290)
Update LoopVersioning to take an option MemorySSAUpdater. If provided,
update MemorySSA in the cloned loop, as well as for the new edges
connecting the new loop.
This fixes a MemorySSA verification failure with expensive checks in the
LoopFlatten pass which marks MemorySSA as preserved and is using
LoopVersioning.

Show the SNAT setting in a new tab in a filter.settings.nat container so the new structure is complete, but still leave it at the old spot as well. Its only a reflected field, it can be at multiple spots still.
[mlir][linalg] Preserve operand casts when vectorizing 1-D convolutions (#217351)
The 1-D convolution vectorizer previously inferred operand promotions
from their source and accumulator types. This caused unsigned extensions
in `linalg.generic` payloads to be emitted as signed extensions in the
vectorized operation.
Record the casts applied to the input and filter operands and replay
them when promoting their vector values. This preserves the cast
operation instead of inferring the conversion.

[Clang] Fix conversion from floats to bool-backed enums per CWG1094 (#211172)
After CWG 1094, `[expr.static.cast]p8` has been updated to include:
> A value of floating-point type can also be explicitly converted to an
> enumeration type. The resulting value is the same as converting the
> original value to the underlying type of the enumeration
> ([conv.fpint]), and subsequently to the enumeration type.
`[conv.fpint]p1` states:
> If the destination type is bool, see [conv.bool].
`[conv.bool]` states:
> A zero value, null pointer value, or null member pointer value is
> converted to false; any other value is converted to true.

bcm2835_audio: Comment out vchi_service_release()
bcm2835_audio_release() calls vchi_service_close() and then
unconditionally calls vchi_service_release() with the same service
handle.
In the VCHI shim implementation, a successful vchi_service_close() calls
service_free(service). The subsequent vchi_service_release() therefore
dereferences a freed SHIM_SERVICE_T object when it reads
service->handle, resulting in a use-after-free panic.
vchi_service_release(), however, releases a reference which might block
vchi_service_close() from completing successfuly, so comment it out
instead of removing it altogether, until further testing is done.

AMDGPU/GlobalISel: Bitcasting G_TRUNC combine
Creating the G_TRUNC that changes type as well. This is really
the LLT::scalar trunc style that we inherited from switching to
extended LLTs, very common on non-true16 targets.
Affects inst-select pattern matching that were blocked by bitcast.
