ocaml-opam: add new package
Differences from pkgsrc's misc/ocaml-opam:
- update from 2.1.3 to 2.5.2 (fixing two CVEs in the process)
- the -full tarball is now used instead of the one autogenerated by
github
- rsync is now a runtime dependency (it is technically optional but it
helps users to have it for the moment)
- ocaml-dune is now explicitly a build dependency but no longer used
as-is. It is now used through gmake
- ocaml-cmdliner, ocaml-re, ocamlgraph, dose3, ocaml-cudf and
ocaml-opam-file-format are no longer dependencies
- the vendored versions of all the dependencies contained by the -full
archive is now used. This allows to simplify the build process
greatly and avoids having to import all the new dependencies on new opam
releases. This is also what a majority of BSD, Linux and macOS distributions
out-there do.
- The opam-solver library is no longer installed. This could not be used
on its own anyway because the OCaml build process would require other

[SVE ACLE] Add svcount support to llvm.aarch64.sve.psel intrinsic. (#217360)
PSEL has genuine support for predicate-as-counter, so it seems fair for
its equivalent intrinsic to have matching support rather than indirect
support using the svbool variant.
webkit-gtk60: move patch to currently used file
The previous location was not compiled any longer.
While here, limit it to NetBSD.
TODO: test if this patch is really needed
modular-xorg-server: disable dtrace option on NetBSD
dtrace fails reading /usr/lib/dtrace/psinfo.d due to
missing definitions, and if those are fixed, fails to parse
Xserver.d because of its use of #if and #ifdef.
net-mgmt/nfdump: Update to 1.7.8

[ConstraintElim] Derive facts for negative-step post-decrement cmps. (#218437)
Update addInfoForInductions to also add facts for negative step
inductions when comparing a post-inc induction.
The negative step support currently requires a step of -1, so the only
difference is the predicate of the precondition: for post-inc compares,
we exit at PN == B + 1, so strict predicates (B < StartValue) is used.
Helps to simplify a number of branches end-to-end in real world
workloads:

Note that there is one case where we now fail to runtime-unroll, as the
removed branch pessimizes SCEV, but I think this is a pre-existing
issue, and the vast majority of changes are improvements.

This is a security release for Hare 0.26.0 which includes patches to
address CVE-2026-43923.
The CVE entry is reserved with no further details, therefore it is not
known whether the issue did affect FreeBSD.

[Lifetime Safety] Normalize call arguments in AnyCall (#217838)
`AnyCall::arguments()` now returns a normalized argument list.
For instance member calls, the implicit object argument is included as
argument 0. For static `operator()` calls, the syntactic object operand
is excluded so the result matches the actual callable parameters.
LifetimeSafety now uses this normalized `AnyCall` argument list through
a small `FunctionCallInfo` helper, avoiding duplicated call argument
setup while keeping argument normalization in `AnyCall`.
Tests were added for:
- ordinary member calls with implicit object arguments
- non-static `operator()` calls where the object is already present
- static `operator()` calls where the object operand should be excluded
