www/moinmoin: reassign to wiki-admin@.
Even though this port is old and depends on the deprecated python2,
we are still using it as wiki.FreeBSD.org. So, mark it as safe
from deprecation by anyone who does not know that.
There is an open task to either update the wiki (v3 is a complete
rewrite), or to migrate it to something never.

Tools/scripts: update port_conflicts_check.lua
Use fnmatch() from flua instead of regular expression, if available.
The maximum age of the provides file has been increased to 30 days,
to match the apparent current update schedule of that file.
PR/60655: vmt(4) probes the VMware backdoor unconditionally on aarch64
On ACPI systems only probe for vmt(4) when Hypervisor_Id in FADT reports
VMWare.
This helps avoid buggy hypervisors that don't implement a RAZ mdccsr_el0

Check alignment of certificate CRLDPs with the CRLDP of the referring Manifest
RFC 6480, section 4.2, figure 2 illustrates how all valid products in
the same CA repository (i.e., from the same issuer, listed on the same
manifest) will point to the same CRL. For CRLDPs in manifest EE certs
alignment was already checked against the CRL location derived from
the fileList in a given manifest's eContent. Add a check to explicitly
confirm internally consistent CRLDPs in certificates as well.

www/webkit-gtk41: Document experiments; say no to ninja
This commit:
- drops the previous setting to force sqlite3 library path
- sets CMAKE_GENERATORS_INCOMPATIBLE to ninja
When building with ninja (not default, but many do), the NEEDED entry
in the webkit library is broken, differently depending on if the
sqlite3 library path is forced or not. The commit adds excruciating
comments documenting this on NetBSD 10 amd64.
(It would be great if someone found and fixed the bug, but for now,
just roll with "ninja building this package doesn't work".)
Note that when not building with PKG_DEVELOPER, the resulting
problems, which might or might not be fatal at runtime, are not
detected.
[orc-rt] Reduce SimpleRemoteCA to transport-independent utils (#223141)
Reduce SimpleRemoteCA to the transport-independent parts: opcodes, setup
and hang-up payload encoding, message validation and dispatch, and the
table of calls awaiting a result. Subclasses are now responsible for the
connection state and synchronization, since they'll usually want to
implement these things for their transports anyway (or the transport
will already manage connection-state/synchronization).
takePendingCall becomes pure virtual, since subclasses must synchronize
access to the pending-call table.
The header moves from orc-rt-internal/ to orc-rt/: with the transport a
subclass concern, there's no reason to preclude library clients from
writing one.
raw ip: clear sin_port on bind(2)
Application may set sin_port to some value. Although this value is not
used by SOCK_RAW, it breaks a check that the address is available. A
perfect fix would be not use sockaddrs for ifaddrs, but that would be a
bigger change.
