graphics/nvidia-texture-tools: fix aarch64 and powerpc64* builds
Some of the code assumed amd64 / i386 and included SSE headers.
icbc.h was plainly wrong and contained straight typos, probably never
built previously on powerpc* hardware.

Repo rows no longer render stray gaps. Moving the breadcrumb label to the front of the row in 0.10.0 left the branch field padded to a fixed minimum that no longer aligned anything, so short branches dragged dead space and the status indicators landed at a different column on every row. Rows now pack with single spaces by default; set [ui] compact_repo_list = false to pad names and branches to the widest visible entry instead, so branches and indicators form straight vertical columns. Clicking the stash/worktree toggles also hits exactly the drawn cells now (the hit-test ranges were one column left of the glyphs).

Repositories managed by Google's repo tool are now discovered. A configured root containing a .repo/project.list contributes every listed project to the repo list, re-read on each scan so the list tracks repo sync, with the .repo metadata tree itself excluded from the walk. Repo rows are now labeled with their path relative to the configured root that contains them, middle-ellipsized to fit, so identically named projects from different workspaces stay distinguishable, and both sort orders group rows by that path. The commit diff now follows the highlighted file in the graph panel. Clicking a commit opens its changed files and shows the first one's diff immediately, and moving through that list with j/k, a click, or the scroll wheel brings each file's diff along, once the highlight has been still briefly so holding a key does not read a diff for every file it passes. The diff pane takes the keyboard only after you focus it with Enter or a click inside it, so j/k keep moving between files while it is merely on screen; Esc then leaves the diff first, and dismisses the file list and the pane after that. Clicking the commit that is already open no longer reloads it, so a double click keeps the file you picked. Thanks @expoli.

Copying from the graph context menu no longer dies immediately on Wayland or X11. App now keeps a long-lived arboard::Clipboard alive between copies instead of dropping it after each call, so the platform backend keeps serving the selection until something else replaces it. Thanks @expoli.

[compiler-rt] Disable executable stack on `aeabi_u{read,write}*.S` (#214465)
These were missing `NO_EXEC_STACK_DIRECTIVE` to add `.note.GNU-stack`;
without it, a binary including any of these files will have the stack
marked executable. Add the directive here, matching other similar files.

textproc/go-transifex-cli: add version 1.6.17
This is successor of devel/transifex-client.
The Transifex Command-line Client (APIv3) is a command line tool that
enables you to easily manage your translations within a project without the
need of an elaborate UI system.
You can use the command line client to easily create new resources, map
locale files to translations and synchronize your Transifex project with
your local repository and vice verca. Translators and localization managers
can also use it to handle large volumes of translation files easily and
without much hassle.
[LV][NFC] Reorder creating vplans for UserVF and epilogueVF (#214379)
For the case when we force userVF and epilogueVF, we create only 2
vplans.vThis patch reorder the vplans creation to create the main loop
vplan firstly then the epilogue loop vplan.
[Hexagon] Avoid Handling Debug Instructions (#212918)
The change is made in HexagonFrameLowering::(optimizeSpillSlots)
function. This Pass is responsible for managing function's stack frame
and ensuring proper stack space allocation. Spill slots means temporary
memory locations used for storing register values that need to be
spilled from registers to memory during code execution. While Optimizing
these spill slots we should not handle debug instructions. Optimized the
pass by skipping debug instructions in optimizeSpillSlots function.
A DBG_VALUE describing a variable that lives in a spill slot has a frame
index operand, but it is neither a load from nor a store to that slot,
so the slot was marked as one that cannot be optimized and the
store/load pair using it was no longer replaced with register copies.
The code generated for a function therefore differed depending on
whether debug info was enabled.

[lldb] Refactor RegisterTypeBuilder
This prepares it for emitting union types. Major changes:
* Entry function is now a dispatcher to builder functions for each type.
* Name mangling is standardised.
* The register name parameter is no longer needed and so was removed.
[lldb] Make RegisterFlagsDetector into RegisterTypesDetector
In future it may be generating things other than flags. Functionality
is the same, but the interface changes to use RegisterType.
[lldb] Store all XML register types in a single string map
We are assuming that their ID's are unique, so there's no need to keep
separate maps. We can do basic type checking by checking the kind of
the type pointed to.
A few more methods were added to the base RegisterType. GetSize()
returns 0 for enums because enums don't have a size until they are
used by a register. This is not ideal but it works for now.
