tpm: Do not use timed tsleep() while polling during cold boot
Commit 4e0f283fb97a made tpm_tis12_init() wait for TPM_STS_CMD_READY
after aborting any command. The wait is implemented by the driver's
existing tpm_waitfor_poll() loop, which sleeps with a one-tick tsleep()
between status reads. Until now, that loop only ran from the resume and
command paths after boot. From tpm_attach() it can panic with "timed
sleep before timers are working" when the TPM is attached from ACPI
during cold boot and the chip does not report ready on the first status
read.
Before 4e0f283fb97a, tpm_tis12_init() wrote TPM_STS_CMD_READY and
returned without waiting, so the polling loops only ran after boot.
tpm_request_locality() had the same latent hazard but its fast path
returns before sleeping whenever locality is already active.
Nothing calls wakeup() on the channels used by these polling loops, so
the sleeps are pure delays. Use pause_sig(), which falls back to
DELAY() while the kernel is cold and returns EWOULDBLOCK, a value these

[SLP]Look through truncation of shifted extracted sub-fields
The masked sub-field of the shifted truncation of a wider scalar was
matched with the truncation as its source, while the other fields
matched the scalar itself, so the gather of the fields was rejected.
The field is within the truncated bits, look through the truncation.

Skip serial and model license checks for non-enterprise licenses
This commit fixes an issue where TrueNAS Connect community and commercial licenses raised critical serial mismatch and unsupported hardware alerts, because the serial, chassis model and expansion shelf checks ran for every license type. Those checks only make sense for serial-bound enterprise licenses, so they are now gated on the license type while support expiry alerts keep firing for everyone.

[libc++][docs] Convert documentation from reST to Markdown (batch 1) (#221513)
This is the first batch of changes to migrate libc++ documentation from
rst to markdown.
I use a local pixel diff tool to compare the rendered HTML, and all
diffs seem like fixes. They tend to fall into the following categories:
- dashed bullet lists were previously not rendered, but now they are
- extra indentation interpreted as blockquotes has been removed
- single backticks are now codefont spans, not italic spans

or by us) in production, sometimes folks like to return 1 from everything
in the callback and then check the error return and make decicions about
things.
This fix ensures that such callbacks will see the hostname mismatch and
be able to act upon them.

Due to a various questionable code, this allows for a crafted messsage
to be sent that results in a 21MB allocation, which then promptly results
in an error. Providing that the SSL context is cleared or freed, the
