   Stop cleaning gem artifacts

   Bulk builds have seen occasional failures building
   textproc/ruby-commonmarker, which is the only reverse dependency. I'm
   not positive the cleaning of gem artifacts is the cause of the failure,
   though I suspect it is.

math/mpc: Update to version 1.4.1

This fixes a memory leak in mpc_fr_div that was introduced in 1.4.0.

   Update godot/pack3 to latest release 4.6.2, a stable maintenance
   release. No known incompatibilities. Tested with Road to Vostok.

   syslogd: do not suppress lint warning about prototypes

   That warning was only useful when migrating from traditional C to C90.

openmw: Fix build with recent GCC.

[SLP][NFC] Simplify range/type accessors

Use the range-friendly llvm::accumulate() overload instead of the
two-iterator std::accumulate() form, drop redundant cast<>/dyn_cast<>
calls where the source already provides a typed accessor.
