[MLIR][Linalg] Clean up after removal of named ops
This patch removes all conversion patterns between category/generic and elementwise named ops, simplifying the morphisms.
[orc-rt] Group lib/bedrock per-OS sources under sys/. NFC. (#220851)
include/orc-rt-internal/support/ already nests its per-OS headers under
sys/ (e.g. support/sys/darwin/CacheControl.h). lib/bedrock/ had darwin/,
linux/, posix/, and windows/ as bare siblings of the generic .cpp files
and sps/, so the two trees didn't line up.
Move them under lib/bedrock/sys/ to match, and update the source lists
and comments in CMakeLists.txt accordingly.
[MLIR][Linalg] Remove linalg.select op
Removes the named op `select` from the Linalg dialect. This is an
initial PR following the RFC in the forum:

I have also update the ElementwiseOp builder to simplify the default
case: kind + no affine map.
As a first approach, these are the things we'll need to do to all ops:
1. Remove from OpDSL (yaml / python)
2. Remove from morphism transforms (-to-named & named-to-)
3. Replace all uses of linalg::XOp::create with
linalg::ElementwiseOp::create
4. Update affected transforms to match elementwise instead of named ops
5. Update affected tests
[MLIR][OpenMP] DeclareTargetInterface and DeclareTargetAttr cleanup
The changes introduced by this patch are intended to avoid triggering
multiple by name lookups to the "omp.declare_target" attribute every
time any data from the `DeclareTargetInterface` is queried, remove the
need for keeping multiple default values for the same data, clean up
the assembly format and generally improve the usage of the interface.
List of changes:
- `DeclareTargetInterface` only provides `setDeclareTarget` and
`getDeclareTarget` methods to handle the "omp.declare_target"
attribute, maintaining a single canonical way of accessing it.
- `DeclareTargetAttr` provides direct access to the capture clause and
device type enums, rather than wrapping them into an `Attribute`.
These are now mandatory as well. Both changes together make accessing
them more straightforward and simplify the attribute representation.

Normalize file path to fix problems with different folder separators. (#215225)
We have two issues reported by users:
1. Inconsistent file path separators in isa disassembly for line
correlation
2. --substitute-path silently fails for binaries compiled on Windows
when analyzed on Linux
Normalizing the file path in LineInfo is sorting both problems. As the
path is normalized immediately after symbolization, following redundant
normalization calls are removed. Tests are adjusted to accept either /
or \ depending on the host. Additional input is created to test point 2.
[IPSCCP] Do not delete non-replaceable constants during globals cleanup (#220854)
Following up on #160083, a tracked global's value may be inferred to be
a constant which is however not replaceable, due to different pointer
provenance. Such a substitution is already prevented by
`tryToReplaceWithConstant`. Ensure these globals, and their users, are
not deleted when this happens to be the case.

jj config {edit,set,unset} --user now targets the first loaded user

[libc] Reject binary strings in inet_addr and inet_aton (#220556)
The current version of POSIX does not permit inet_addr to accept these
strings, and glibc does not either. inet_aton is not present in POSIX,
but this matches glibc and the intent of this function being a safer
version of inet_addr.
While in there, update the internal wrapper to use cpp::string_view.

multimedia/sfml3: change PKGNAME to SFML3
This disambiguates the package from the existing SMFL package from
multimedia/sfml2. I should have reviewed this whole patch set better.

[OpenMPOpt] Preserve debug locations when emitting barriers. (#220554)
One of the OpenMPIRBuilder::LocationDescription constructors takes an
insertion point alone and leaves the debug location default-constructed.
It is not explicit, so passing a bare insertion point to a builder entry
point converts through it silently and everything the callee emits comes
out without a !dbg.
That becomes a hard error once a runtime built with debug info is linked
in, because the verifier requires an inlinable call inside a function
with debug info to have a location. Otherwise the link fails with
inlinable function call in a function with debug info must have a !dbg
location

[libc++] Replace __uninitialized_allocator_copy with __uninitialized_allocator_copy_n (#219445)
We can simplify our code by using an iterator/size version instead of
the iterator pair.
This was originally part of #214132. However, that patch has a difficult
to track down performance issue. I'm splitting it up to make the search
easier.
