Fix resuming the secondary CPUs when resuming from hibernation. Like on
amd64, park the CPUs before unpacking the hibernate image. On arm64 we
park the CPUs somewhere safe in the kernel. When we unpark the CPUs,
we need to locate its struct cpu_info and stack as these are dynamically
allocated and the booted kernel may have allocated them in a different
location.

apple_bce: initiate IN data phase for control transfers
For IN control transfers, the firmware does
not send TRANSFER_REQUEST for the data phase
the host must send BCE_VHCI_CMD_TRANSFER_REQUEST
with an IN DMA buffer once the setup phase completes.

apple_bce: ignore duplicate TRANSFER_REQUEST in STATUS state
Since the host initiates IN data transfers, the
firmware's own TRANSFER_REQUEST for the same phase arrives after
we've already moved to STATUS state. Ignoring instead of failing
the transfer with USB_ERR_IOERROR.

apple_bce: fix C_CONNECT_STATUS during port reset
Only set the port change bit when the corresponding status bit
actually transitioned, instead of unconditionally flagging
C_CONNECT_STATUS on every port change event. Also clear any
flaky C_CONNECT_STATUS that the port change taskqueue may have
set while the bus lock was dropped during a successful port reset.

Add some memory barriers to make writing out the hibernate image work
on the Radxa Dragon Q6A. Moving forward we really need a side-effect free
bus_dmamap_sync(9), but a memory barrier will do the job as long as the
hardware has cache-coherent DMA.

Directives can be completed without first typing a comment marker. Accepting @name after typing @na inserts # @name .
Press Ctrl+N in editor insert mode to show suggestions at the cursor. Use Up / Down to select an item and Tab or Enter to accept it.
After accepting a suggestion, the popup shows what can follow it. Choosing @auth opens auth modes, oauth2 opens its options, and grant= opens the supported grant types.
Header completion follows the same pattern. Accepting Content-Type opens value suggestions such as application/json.
Workflow steps and branches suggest request names for using= and run=.

Options that can appear only once disappear after use, including their aliases.
@compare suggestions follow the selected environment group. Baseline suggestions use the comparison targets already chosen.
@apply use= can still be repeated, but profiles already selected are omitted.
Dynamic helpers with example calls now insert the call and select only its arguments for replacement.
Variable completion adds missing closing braces. Completing {{ho, {{ho}, or {{ho}} with host produces {{host}}.
In editor insert mode, Ctrl+N controls completion. Outside insert mode, the configured New Request shortcut still applies.
The built-in help and bottom command bar include the completion shortcut.

[CIR] Derive lowering attr names from cppClassName, not the def name
CIRLoweringEmitter built its CXX_ABI_ALWAYS_LEGAL_ATTRS entries with
GetOpCppClassName, which splits the TableGen def name at the first
underscore. That works only while every def is named CIR_<CppClassName>Attr.
When one is not, the emitter writes an `isa<>` for a class that does not
exist, and the failure lands as a compile error in generated code.
Attributes carry the authoritative name in cppClassName, which
GenerateAttrToValueVisitor was already reading. Factor that out as
GetAttrCppClassRef and use it for both attribute paths. GetOpCppClassName
stays for operations.
NFC, and checkable. No CIR attribute overrides cppClassName, so the generated
CIRLowering.inc is byte-identical.
[CIR] Drop the redundant suffix from the inline kind mnemonic
inline_kind was the one CIR enum attribute mnemonic still repeating what its
C++ enum class name says. The attribute now spells
`#cir.inline<always_inline>`. The operation argument keeps the name
inline_kind, since that is the accessor name, so the printed form reads
`inline_kind = #cir.inline<always_inline>`.
The enum's summary also becomes "inline kind" rather than the camelCase
"inlineKind", which is what generated docs show now that CIR_InlineKindAttr
no longer overrides it.
25 CHECK lines change across four test files. Nine are in an
aarch64-registered-target test, unsupported in an X86-only build, but the
substitution matches the two CIR tests that do run.
