rtlbtfw(8): Add support for Realtek 8852CE
Add the USB Vendor/Product ID (0x13d3:0x3612) for
the new Realtek 8852CE drive to make sure it works.

[Utils] Format git-llvm-push
Use single quotes for string arguments inside f-strings or otherwise the
version of black that we use fails to parse. Also reformat the file
given that hasn't been working for a while (wholesale or incrementally)
to the above issue.
bsd.own.mk: Deorbit compat include of bsd.compiler.mk
Commit b946bedd09d3bd1 ("Previous versions of bsd.own.mk [...]")
mentions that bsd.own.mk included bsd.compiler.mk as a temporary
workaround and was destined to be removed in FreeBSD 12. Do that now.

[BPF] Use ".L" local prefix label for basic blocks (#95103)
Previously, PrivateLabelPrefix was default-initialized to "L", so basic
block labels were added to the symbol table. This seems like an
oversight, so use ".L" for all private labels.

fromjson now works more like jq and as one would expect for decode value. fromjson used to be implement as normal format decode which returns decode values which in turn when decoding from will decode the backing binary range. This result was expressions like "123" | fromjson | fromjson would return 123 instead of failing the second fromjson. #1268 Thanks @soberich for reporting
iprint now support strings in addition to numbers #1246

In REPL mode input_filename used to always return the last filename. Now it returns null which is wrong but less confusing. The REPL mode needs quite a bit of refactor to fix this properly. #1251

Improve performance of regexp functions by caching compiled regexps
Implement splits/2 using match/2 for better jq compatibility
Fix fmax, fmin, modf functions against NaN and infinity
