if_geneve: Fix mbuf leak on ip_ecn_egress
Free mbuf and increase IFCOUNTER_IERRORS if ip_ecn_egress() under
geneve_input_inherit() decides to drop the packet.

[Clang][AMDGPU] Derive target CPU from the amdgpu subarch triple
When -target-cpu is not set, resolve the GPU from the amdgpu<major>.<minor>
subarch triple.
An explicit -target-cpu still takes precedence.
linuxkpi: Add pm_runtime_resume_and_get
pm_runtime_resume_and_get is used by new versions of amdgpu, and began
use between Linux kernel version 6.12, and 6.14.

vtfontcvt: Avoid dead store in add_char
The fallback glyph is stored at index 0, and does not need to be
inserted into a mapping.
Previously there was a dead store of add_glyph's return value for the
fallback case, which upset Clang's static analyzer. Now, cast the
return value to (void) to make it clear this is intentional.
Also change add_glyph's fallback parameter to a c99 bool to make its use
more clear.

audio/pipewire-spa-oss-ng: Update to 0.9.9
Improve playback timing and OSS event handling: avoid locked polling on
audio cycles, use enriched kqueue events for wakeups (with an optional
timer-based path), retain partial writes, retune without inserting
silence, and keep queued playback across Pause.
Generate format-correct PCM silence and harden host input and reentrant
event handling on the device and node paths.
TableGen: Parenthesize negated predicate-dag leaves with operators (#210652)
Allows writing more general expressions in the predicate code.
Previously
not ("a == b") would be emitted as !a == b.

Reject unsafe metadirective loop lowering cases
Prevent metadirective loop lowering from crashing or producing invalid IR for
unsupported induction-variable and control-flow shapes.
Defer ASSOCIATE-name induction variables, unstructured associated loops, and
unstructured begin/end continuations with focused diagnostics.
Use conforming begin/end syntax for the body-associated variant regression.

Fix metadirective loop variant safety checks
Classify candidate and fallback association from raw directive IDs so clauses are
only converted for the selected variant.
Recognize data environments selected by enclosing metadirectives from the emitted
OpenMP operation ancestry. Add regressions for unselected clauses and nested
selected parallel regions.
