mk: Disable blacklist when disabling blocklist
WITHOUT_BLOCKLIST, when set, should enforce WITHOUT_BLACKLIST.
This fixes the build when WITHOUT_BLOCKLIST=yes is set.

textproc/jsongrep: import package
Packaged in wip by wiz@ and myself.
jsongrep is a command-line tool and Rust library for fast querying of JSON
documents using regular path expressions.
textproc/git-delta: update to 0.19.2
This is a patch release providing rebuilt binaries compatible with Debian 12
(the 0.19.0 and 0.19.1 .deb packages required glibc 2.39, which is only
available in Debian 13).

sun2 and sun3 don't *really* need their own trimmed-down copy of
sys_machdep.c; the common version was already perfectly suitable
for sun3, and can be easily conditionally-trimmed-down for the
68010 case.

UPDATING: Add note for java/openjdk{25,26} package renames
The jre-flavored packages were renamed in ad618043f3d. Instruct users
on how to rename their installed packages, so `pkg upgrade` will
correctly replace them with the new package names.
