Revert "Reland "[Clang] Enable -Wunused-template under -Wall" (#208001)" (#218638)
This reverts commit 1529d35adbd6f13aa234a5f4cfd9ac0e28bdd338.
There are two issues:
- The change appear fairly disruptive so close to release (see comments
on #208001)
- there are false positives (see #218429)
[lld][COFF] Add optimization remarks options to lld-link (#205390)
Add support for emitting optimization remarks during LTO in the COFF
linker, matching the existing ELF linker functionality. The following
options are added:
-opt-remarks-filename
-opt-remarks-passes
-opt-remarks-format
-opt-remarks-with-hotness
-opt-remarks-hotness-threshold
These options are forwarded to the LTO backend via lto::Config and
allow users to capture optimization decisions (e.g., inlining) as
structured YAML output, optionally filtered by pass name or profile
hotness threshold.

misc/mmv: update to version 2.10
This update replaces the unmaintained legacy version by a fork that
is seeing active development.
A number of options have been added, but the commands and options
should be backwards compatible with the original version.
ui: apply second half of previous for advanced
The local storage doesn't follow this UI flow now, but
the UI flow is rather consistent. Might be worth disabling
local storage on key strokes, but that's for later.
Stop installing psinfo.d dtrace script.
It uses `u_int` and `struct proc`, but no definitions are available.
This causes problems when dtrace is used for pkgsrc, see e.g.
wip/modular-xorg-server.
shells/fish: 4.8.1
Note that the vastly reduced number of installed scripts does not reflect
a regression in functionality, but rather that those scripts are now
compiled into the binary.

sound: Retire sndcard_func
sndcard_func is used as an ivar which passes around device info to the
PCM and MIDI children in snd_csa(4) and snd_emu10kx(4). Simplify this
and retire the need for sndcard_func, by 1) making an ivar only what
used to be stored in sndcard_func->varinfo, 2) replacing
sndcard_func->func with a child comparison, where needed, for instance
in csa_detach().
sndcard_func is harmless in reality, but there is no reason to have the
additional complexity. This way we also avoid the structure allocations.

[Objective-C][WebAssembly] Always emit nil-check for indirect calls (#215920)
We cannot use the nil-IMP stubs in libobjc2 because WebAssembly requires
exact function signature matches for indirect calls. On native platforms
such as x86 and arm this is fine, since the native calling conventions
typically allow for additional arguments to be passed without issue. For
WebAssembly, we may run into RuntimeErrors without this change.
