[lldb] Restore autosense for expedited memory-cache address parsing (#211846)
PR #211495 changed the expedited "memory:<addr>=<bytes>" address parse
in SetThreadStopInfo from autosense (radix 0) to explicit base 16.
debugserver sends this address with a "0x" prefix, and
StringRef::getAsInteger only strips that prefix in autosense mode. With
an explicit base 16 the parse stops at the 'x' and fails, so the
expedited stack bytes are never seeded into the L1 memory cache.
Restore BASE_AUTOSENSE here, matching the documented format for this key
(0x hex, 0 octal, otherwise decimal). Fixes TestExpeditedStackMemory.py.
NAS-141875 / 26.0.0-BETA.3 / Fix IPA SMB machine account setup and self-heal old joins (by anodos325) (#19393)
Set the SMB machine-account password from the generated value when
retrieving the keytab and write that same value to secrets.tdb as raw
bytes, so the keytab and secrets.tdb agree. Report changesecretpw stderr
on failure and drop the unawaited backup() call.
Regenerate smb.conf before creating the SMB service principal so the
machine account uses the current NetBIOS name, and make principal
creation failures fatal so partial joins roll back.
Stamp a credential version in secrets.tdb; the IPA health check
regenerates the SMB machine account in place, via the host credential,
for systems joined by an earlier build that wrote it wrong. Expose the
same regeneration as an explicit recovery action.
Add unit and integration tests.

[flang][OpenMP] Check DEFAULT(NONE) on metadirective loop variants (#210172)
Flang does not enforce `DEFAULT(NONE)` for variables referenced in a
loop
associated with a standalone METADIRECTIVE. Consequently, it accepts
invalid
programs when a potentially selectable loop variant specifies
DEFAULT(NONE) but
omits a referenced variable from its data-sharing clauses. This change
checks the
associated loop for each potentially selectable `DEFAULT(NONE)` variant
and
diagnoses missing data-sharing attributes as it does for ordinary OpenMP
loop
constructs.
Standalone metadirectives and their associated loops are separate
parse-tree
nodes. For example:

clang/AMDGPU: Migrate cc1 tests to subarch triples (3) (#211825)
Rewrite CodeGenHIP cc1 test RUN lines to the new subarch triple form,
dropping the redundant -target-cpu, and regenerate autogenerated CHECK
lines. Tests whose behavior depends on the implicit wave32 default
(which is not enabled by a bare subarch triple) are left for a later change.

Bound explicit user prefetch to a fraction of the ARC
posix_fadvise(POSIX_FADV_WILLNEED) prefetch goes through dmu_prefetch(),
which issued every block of the request with no cap on outstanding I/O.
A large hint could pin memory without bound and OOM the system (#15776);
only the speculative prefetcher was capped.
Add dmu_prefetch_user() for explicit user requests and route the Linux
and FreeBSD fadvise WILLNEED paths through it. It bounds the
outstanding prefetch to a budget from arc_prefetch_max_bytes() -- a
quarter of the adaptive ARC target when warm, and of the midpoint toward
arc_c_max while the cache is still cold, so a hint right after boot is
not starved. dmu_prefetch() and the internal callers (bpobj, receive,
zvol) are left unthrottled.
Each request takes up to half the remaining budget, so concurrent hints
share it rather than the first taking everything, and that budget also
drives the block-range split -- a tight budget prefetches all of the
indirects and only some data, which suits a following random read. The

This is a general, cost driven version of the InstCombine fold (which

folds with multiuse shuffles.

This is not using a vendor branch. The formerly-upstream repo is
abandoned and I do not believe it will receive updates. This initial
import serves as a snapshot of the vendor code, but from here we will
iterate on it in the tree as our own code.
Bug fixes, code cleanup, and build infrastructure will follow.
NetBSD and OpenBSD have derivatives of this driver (with additional
hardware support). We can look to changes in those drivers, and the
Linux driver, to add support here.

aq(4): Port to IfAPI
Direct access to struct ifnet members is not possible in FreeBSD 15;
accessors must be used. These exist in all supported FreeBSD versions,
so we do not need to make this conditional.

aq(4): Fix VLAN tag test
Previously emitted a compiler warning "warning: bitwise comparison
always evaluates to false."
Looking at the OpenBSD driver (which is based on this code) it looks
like the VLAN flag should be set if either of these bits is. In the
OpenBSD driver these are AQ_RXDESC_TYPE_VLAN and AQ_RXDESC_TYPE_VLAN2
rather than a magic number 0x60.

aq(4): Remove unimplemented functions
aq_if_priv_ioctl and aq_if_debug have prototypes but are not yet
implemented. Just remove the commented-out DEVMETHODs and the unused
prototypes, to clear a build-time warning; the DEVMETHODs and prototypes
can be readded if / when they are implemented.
