dpbox: update to 6.1.1
Upstream rolled the version-string change (patch-bj) and the fixes
for the optimization-triggered crash into the v6.1.1 tag, so both
patches are removed. patch-ba (-O0 workaround) is no longer needed:
the crash root cause was undefined behavior in format specifiers,
fixed upstream, and the package now builds at the stock -O2/-O3.

Build of the substitutions filter third-party module is temporarily disabled.

Update vfs module reference in middleware
In order to simplify maintenance of truenas-specific ZFS-specific
recycle bin code, we've forked the module to truenas_recycle. This
commit updates the name assigned to it in middleware code that
generates the smb.conf file.

[libc++][NFC] Rename workflow file for libc++ A/B performance comparisons (#208070)
I want to introduce another workflow that allows running benchmarks on
historical commits of libc++ for LNT submission, so having an
unambiguous name is desirable.

[flang][OpenMP] Support lowering of metadirective (part 3)
Enable lowering of metadirectives that resolve to a loop-associated
variant such as `do`, `simd`, `parallel do`, and `do simd`. The
associated DO construct is made available to the selected variant so the
existing OpenMP loop lowering can process it. A standalone metadirective
uses the following sibling DO, and a begin/end metadirective uses the
first substantive evaluation nested in its block.
For example, when the `vendor(llvm)` selector matches, the `parallel do`
variant is lowered together with the DO loop that follows it:

[SystemZ][z/OS] Emit prolog length
The PPA1 contains fields recording the length of the prolog and the offset
to the instruction updating the stack pointer register. The implementation
consists of the following parts:
- the end of the prolog is marked with a FENCE instruction which prevents
scheduling from moving instructions across the barrier.
- when emitting the PPA1, the FENCE instruction along with other stack
update instructions are used to calculate the length and the offset.

build: Fix for building dist target outside of project root
Do not change the working directory when doing copying because $distdir
is a path relative to the working directory, and thus not valid after
changing the working directory. This previously worked, when configure
was run from the project root, because @srcdir@ was the same as the
build working directory.

Use M_WAITOK and BUS_DMA_WAITOK instead of M_NOWAIT and BUS_DMA_NOWAIT in
places where we're allowed to sleep. Hopefully this fixes the
qwx0: failed to init DP: 12
issue that some of us occasionally experience.

einj: Tool to manage APEI error injection
This tool supports two commands. The list command outputs a summary
of injectable errors supported by the current system. The inject
command injects the requested error.

acpi_einj: Support for ACPI error injection
This driver parses the ACPI EINJ table and builds a list of
instructions associated with known actions. It then exports ioctls to
fetch the set of supported errors and inject system errors by
executing specific sequences of actions. This can be used to test
error reporting facilities for events such as ECC errors.
