[Clang] Require X86 backend for some coroutine tests (#207681)
The wrapper functions are generated without target features.
They can still be inlined based on target-specific logic, but this
requires the target to be available.
We should fix this by properly generating the target features,
but for now add a REQUIRES to unbreak the tests.

## Problem
`system.advanced` was an old dict-based CompoundService — five files
each declaring the same service over one namespace — whose
`config()`/`update()` returned untyped dicts. Neither its API surface
nor its many in-process consumers were type-checked, and dict-vs-model
breaks could only be caught at runtime.
## Solution
Reworked the plugin into the typesafe shape and fixed every internal
caller:
- **Lean service + part.** `SystemAdvancedService` is now a
`GenericConfigService[SystemAdvancedEntry]` delegating to
`SystemAdvancedConfigServicePart`; the non-config methods
(serial/syslog/gpu/nvidia) became plain, fully-typed module functions.
Every public method is `@api_method(..., check_annotations=True)`.

[mlir][memref] Implement ValueBoundsOpInterface for memref.extract_strided_metadata/assume_alignment (#206466)
Add ValueBoundsOpInterface external models for memref.assume_alignment
and memref.extract_strided_metadata, so dimension and metadata bounds
can be propagated through these view-like ops during value-bounds
analysis.
Fix multiple RFC 4462 (GSSAPIAuthentication) compliance problems
1) Remove an early failure return for GSSAPI authentication attempts
made for invalid accounts that yielded different behaviour for
valid vs invalid accounts.
2) Fix a situation where some GSSAPI requestes were not correctly
subjected to MaxAuthTries.
3) Fix a moderate pre-authentication resource DoS related to #2.
Add missing logging for error cases.
