When reading from an i2c device register, use repeat start on the bus.
This avoids the situation where another master gets the bus between our
register select (i.e. write) and the following read.
Add a delay after accessing our registers for the PIC implementation
of the PCF8584 (e.g. on the Sun Ultra 45).
Change swapregs to flags to handle multiple quirks and set the flags
appropriately in the Ebus frontend.

Fix a very brief race which could cause page states to be corrupted.
Observed under heavy physio load from an 8-way parallel dump|restore
workload used in filesystem testing - manifested as intents being
scribbled over while the interlock was momentarily not held
in uvmpdpol_selectvictim. I've attempted to apply the same fix to
clockpro, which looks like it needs it too, but clockpro was on fire
when I got there and I didn't put it out (still does not compile).
Fix an obvious typo which applied the wrong intent. Still does not compile.

ARM: Avoid relying on kill flags for determining CPSR liveness (#222873)
When forming CBZ/CBNZ in ARMConstantIslands, check if CPSR is live-out
of the block instead of relying on the kill flag. Kill flags have been
soft deprecated for over a decade.

archivers/unhare: new port
unhare extracts the filesystem that Bun embeds in a standalone
executable. It finds the bundle through the ELF section holding it, or
by scanning the whole file where there is no such section -- which is
what the Mach-O and PE executables Bun builds on other systems need --
and writes the bundled modules out as ordinary files.

evdev: map ChromeOS "Vivaldi" top-row action keys
Chromebook keyboards driven by the ChromeOS EC emit the top-row action
keys as scancode set 1 codes 0xE0 0x11 - 0xE0 0x1E (see the codeset 1
comments on the SCANCODE_* enum in chrome-ec
include/keyboard_8042_sharedlib.h). The e0 half of the
evdev_scancode2key() translation table leaves eleven of those at NONE,
so on FreeBSD those keys emit no evdev event at all and userspace
remappers such as keyd have nothing to bind to:

net-mgmt/semaphore: fix rc script config path
The rc script defaulted to semaphore_config.json, but the port installs
config.json, so the service did not start on a fresh installation.
Installations that created semaphore_config.json by hand can keep it via
semaphore_config in rc.conf.

manpages: Convert links from http to https when valid
Many of our man pages contain links to websites that are still using
http. Convert them to use https. I skipped those that:
- were not available anymore,
- did not provide an SSL page,
- had caused an SSL validation error,
- were not the original link anymore (i.e. aquisition)
- where the site structure had changed, causing 404s on the new site

Revert "firewall: fix loopback address in private defintions; closes #10694"
This reverts commit 9bac2b8a75f3f218e252a1ca2092c2566291790f.
Since we want to get rid of treating loopback as private and push it to
bogons and this was already broken do not try to repair it.
glabel.8: clarify volume labels, metadata identifiers, and generic GEOM labels
Change description of manual page to add precision. Split out
filesystem, GPT and GEOM labels. Give an example for each filesystem
for the program to show how to set a label. Clarify examples and use ada
device names consistently.
