netstat: filtering out unsupported address families
getifaddrs(3) may return AF_INET6 addresses even when netstat(1)
is built without INET6 support. Avoid passing these addresses to
process_ifa_addr(), which does not handle AF_INET6 in that case.
This fixes corrupted column width calculations and runaway output
from netstat -i, which could cause periodic daily check output to
generate multi-gigabyte mail messages and exhaust disk space and
memory.

In the defaults it may be preferred by default route checking.
For the default route we do not check if these are to be considered
upstream.
sysutils/chgrep: update to version 1.2.5
The original master site does no longer provide sources for this
program, but there appears to be a fork on GitHub that is maintained.
[orc-rt] Add context to detectPageSize's sysconf error. (#219670)
It only reported the strerror text without context, so failure would
surface as a bare "Invalid argument" with nothing to say what failed.
snd_uaudio: Use uDWord for the UAC2 sample rate
uaudio20_set_speed() split the sample rate into bytes by hand. Use
uDWord and USETDW() instead.
No functional change intended.

JSS compares the size of its auth_alg_defs array against ssl_auth_size
from NSS in a static assertion. nss 3.128 added ssl_auth_mldsa44,
ssl_auth_mldsa65 and ssl_auth_mldsa87 to the enum, so the array now has
to carry those three entries as well and the build fails without them.
WITH_MLDSA is ON upstream; it was turned off here back when NSS did not
know these types yet.

[orc-rt] Add sys::strError, replacing strerror. (#219666)
strerror may return a pointer to a static buffer, so it isn't safe to
call from more than one thread, and the memory operations using it are
exactly those that run concurrently.
