[lldb][FreeBSDKernel] Support cross-architecture FreeBSD kernel cores (#224800)
FreeBSD's kvm_open(3) man page states that a valid resolver is required
to debug non-native kernel images as libkvm needs to map symbol names to
kernel virtual addresses. Since ProcessFreeBSDKernelCore aims to debug
kernel image and core dump from any architectures, pass a valid resolver
to kvm_open2().

[lldb][Windows] Cap the loader helper's one-thread timeout at 5s (#226171)
llvm/llvm-project#215593 replaced the 5s cap from
llvm/llvm-project#213010 with `utility-expression-timeout / 2`. The
test suite sets that to 600s, so the `LoadLibrary` helper runs with
every other inferior thread suspended for up to 300s.
A Swift concurrency inferior cannot finish the load single-threaded, so
it waits for the whole budget before the "all threads" retry succeeds.
This fixes test timeouts in swiftlang.

AMDGPU: Mark the SCC def dead when merging lane masks
The scalar and/or/xor used to merge a lane mask with EXEC clobber SCC, but
nothing reads the result. Avoid depending on later dead flag inference.

[LLVM][docs] Finish MyST migration for remaining docs (batch 10) (#223099)
Migration notes:
- Removed accidental blockquotes around lists and code blocks.
- Used `eval-rst` in `ConvergentOperations` because native Markdown
ordered lists only preserve numeric markers.
- Lots of table conversions to different kinds of tables. I tried to use
list-table and pipe tables in the appropriate places.
- Removed local contents directive in `GitHubActionsRunners` because it
caused a Furo warning.

[lldb][FreeBSDKernel] Update kernel/kmod ELF type (#224847)
In FreeBSD, kernel and kmod are not always `ET_EXEC`/`ET_DYN`. A few
exceptions exist:
- amd64's kmod is `ET_REL`
- ppc64 and ppc64le's kernel is `ET_DYN`
Reflect these in code that identifies if module is kernel, kmod, or
relocatable object.

Add middleware support for LIO ALUA HA
Wire up the middleware side of LIO ALUA high-availability: load
lio_ha.ko with per-node addresses on service start, manage ALUA
state across failover events, clean up STANDBY configfs on pool
export, and add pre-flight validation that targets have static
initiator ACLs before ALUA can be enabled.
For each target, create a portal-less phantom TPG carrying the peer
node's controller group so that a single RTPG response from any
connected port lists both ALUA groups. Write tpgt_N/rtpi explicitly
before enable so that relative target port IDs in RTPG match the
tag formula (portal.tag on Node A, portal.tag + 32000 on Node B)
rather than being auto-assigned sequentially by the kernel.
ALUA group states are driven by role and ha_state:
MASTER + synced local=OPTIMIZED remote=NONOPTIMIZED
MASTER + connected local=OPTIMIZED remote=TRANSITIONING

[lldb][FreeBSDKernel] Trust forced kernel module load addresses (#224856)
ProcessFreeBSDKernelCore explicitly selects this dynamic loader after
libkvm establishes the kernel section load addresses. Use that supplied
module and its target load address instead of requiring an ELF header at
the runtime kernel base, since ppc64, ppc64le, and riscv on FreeBSD do
not map file headers there.
