NAS-144048 / 26.0.0 / Serialize S3 bucket CRUD behind a mutex (by anodos325) (#19854)
Concurrent sharing.s3.create calls each passed the name check before any
of them inserted, so the second insert reached the unique name column
and raised a sqlite3 integrity error rather than a validation error. S3
protocol CreateBucket makes that routine.

This file used to get `<vector>` from DepthFirstIterator.h, but
7311a69f6caa2a6b50cfb899d4b8a1f9f9eeb210 removed the associated include.
