lang/ecl: Update to 26.5.5
Upstream moved the code the SageMath patch touches from src/c/file.d to
src/c/streams/strm_os.d, so rename and regenerate the extra patch.
Derive the libecl.so major/short version from PORTVERSION via PLIST_SUB
instead of hardcoding the soname in pkg-plist.
uvm: Fix missed wakeups and reduce lock contention a little bit.
This addresses two problems under heavy load:
(a) uvm_wait would sometimes miss wakeups, causing various processes
system to hang but then recover from `call wakeup(uvmexp+0x10)'
in ddb:

(b) Contention on uvmpd_lock would lead to so much time spent at
IPL_SOFTBIO softint context in uvm_pageout_done spinning for
uvmpd_lock that it would trip heartbeat panics:

There are three intertwined parts to this, which I tried to split
into separate commits, but I eventually decided it wasn't worth the
trouble:

lang/abcl: Update to 1.10.0
While here, add the missing LICENSE and move SUB_FILES/SUB_LIST to keep
portclippy happy.
- Fix virtual thread creation on JDK 21 and later
chinese/opencc: unbundle marisa, rapidjson, tclap, and googletest
Use system versions of libraries that have matching ports instead of
the bundled copies shipped in deps/.

textproc/fixrtf: add LICENSE, update WWW, use PLIST_FILES
- Add LICENSE=BSD2CLAUSE (per source file header)
- Update WWW to FreeBSD wiki (old domain was no longer controlled
by us)
- Use PLIST_FILES instead of single-entry pkg-plist
archivers/plzip: use USES=localbase:ldflags
Replace manual CXXFLAGS/LDFLAGS in CONFIGURE_ARGS with
USES=localbase:ldflags. Pass CPPFLAGS and LDFLAGS explicitly via
CONFIGURE_ARGS as plzip uses a custom configure script that reads
them as arguments rather than from the environment.
audio/codec2: Update to 1.2.0
The new version of SDRAngel requires codec2 version 1.2.0, but the ports
currently contain version 1.0.3_1. I contacted the maintainer,
and a search of the bug list yielded no results regarding a codec2 port update.
I propose updating the port; I am attaching the patches.

AArch64: Fix MIPeepholeOpt null dereference on undef source operands
Fix unchecked getUniqueVRegDef calls. This is also an SSA pass, and has
no reason to use getUniqueVRegDef over getVRegDef, so also make that
change.

{databases,net}/openldap2[567]-server: use USES=localbase:ldflags
Remove redundant CPPFLAGS, LDFLAGS, LIBS, and SQL_LDFLAGS assignments
that are already covered by USES=localbase:ldflags. Also fix COMMENT/WWW
ordering in openldap25-server.
No functional change to the built packages.
databases/webdis: Update to 0.1.25
Regenerate patch-Makefile: upstream reworked the CFLAGS line.
0.1.25 autodetects MessagePack through pkg-config, which would make the
package contents depend on what happens to be present in the build
environment. Add an explicit MSGPACK option (on by default) so the
build is deterministic either way.
