[lldb/script] Migrate ParsedCommand & raw commands onto ScriptedPythonInterface (#210430)
Give both `command script add -c` (raw class) and `-p` (ParsedCommand) a
single, shared
`ScriptedCommandInterface`/`ScriptedCommandPythonInterface`, built on
the existing `ScriptedPythonInterface` machinery: `CreatePluginObject`
delegates to the base template, and every other method goes through
`Dispatch`.
Add a lighter `ScriptedCommand` ABC template (`scripted_command.py`) for
raw mode; the existing `ParsedCommand`/`LLDBOptionValueParser` classes
are kept as-is.
Extend `ScriptedPythonInterface` with a few `Transform` overloads
(`DebuggerSP`, `std::vector<std::string>`, `CommandReturnObject &`) so
those argument types route through `Dispatch` without extra plumbing.
Delete the standalone SWIG bridge functions this plugin was the sole
caller of. `CommandObjectScriptingObjectRaw` and

dwatch: add nine diagnostic modules; grow errno, io, proc, sched
Grow the module collection to answer, each with a single command, the
first questions asked when diagnosing a sick system: why is my
application stalling, where is the kernel fighting over locks, what
file could it not find, why is this process getting EPERM, what killed
my process, will that fatal signal actually leave a core behind, what
was my process stuck on, where is my kernel memory going, who is
creating or entering jails, is the network slow because TCP is
resending, how long did my thread wait to run, and is the disk itself
slow. Every module keeps to the house style: invocation-name
overloading through hard links, predicate-only D with inline lookup
tables (no if-statements), and stable providers only (syscall, proc,
sched, io, dtmalloc, and the lockstat, vfs, priv, and mib SDT
providers), so the modules remain drop-in compatible with older
releases (the one documented exception is noted below). No kernel
changes: new and extended profiles under cddl/usr.sbin/dwatch/libexec
plus one libdtrace inline table (priv.d).

nvme: Add quirk for broken namespace-change log
Add a QUIRK_EMPTY_NAMESPACE_CHANGED_LOG quirk which indicates that the
nvme controller may not properly populate the namespace-changed log
page. If we receive a NVME_LOG_CHANGED_NAMESPACE page for a device
with this quirk and the page is empty, probe all of the namespaces
rather than none of them.

[flang][openacc] Allow blank around ':' in generated clause parser with keyword (#212638)

zoneminder: Multiple minor but crucial fixes
- Upstream provides some default files that were not previously
installed. Install them.
- Work around zm searching for rm and finding it in tools wrappers.
- Work around zm having the cgibin path coded as a PATH, which it
really isn't, by adding a leading /.
- Patch php database access to use php-pdo_mysql when ZM_DB_TYPE is
MariaDB. (PHP has one wrapper for mysql/MariaDB, and perl has
separate ones.)

[clang] Add __builtin_convert_from_arbitrary_fp
Expose llvm.convert.from.arbitrary.fp as a target-independent builtin. It
interprets an integer as the bits of a narrow floating-point format and
converts it to a supported floating-point type.
Since the destination cannot be inferred from the operands, it is provided as
a type argument and parsed using a dedicated expression, following
__builtin_convertvector.
Sema requires an ordinary string literal naming a verifier-valid arbitrary
floating-point format. The source must be an integer of the corresponding bit
width, with signedness ignored. Fixed-length vectors are supported when source
and destination element counts match.
Destination elements are restricted to IEEE half, bfloat16, IEEE single, and
IEEE double semantics. x87 extended, PPC double-double, IEEE quad, __mfp8, and
sizeless vector destinations are rejected because existing intrinsic lowering
does not safely support them.
