kiwi@ noted that it's currently not really possible to confirm that
we're actually verifying signatures successfully: we report some
messages that we're loading signature information and we report on
error, but it's quiet if we succeed.
Drop in a few more debug lines that confirm we did actually verify
signatures/fingerprints.
libpkg: ecc: don't allow too-large of signature components
We added +1 previously to allow for the leading 0 in case the high bit
was set, but it wouldn't be well-formed if that extra byte was *not*
a 0. We don't actually need to check if it's too large yet, just be
sure that we have enough to clip off the lead byte and then confirm
the size.
