textproc/py-titlecase: new port (version 2.4.1)
Python library to capitalize strings as specified by the New York Times
Manual of Style.
This filter changes a given text to Title Caps, and attempts to be
clever about SMALL words like a/an/the in the input. The list of "SMALL
words" which are not capped comes from the New York Times Manual of
Style, plus some others like 'vs' and 'v'.
The filter employs some heuristics to guess abbreviations that don't
need conversion.

[SLP] Fix dep accounting when cancelling a bundle with copyable elements
Restore the parent-edge copyable data as a user of the instruction only
if the cancelled element displaced it at creation (chained copyable
self-use); otherwise the extra user dependency is never released and
scheduling asserts.

CodeGen: Clear physreg ranges after SplitCriticalEdge
After critical edge spliting replaces a terminator, clear referenced
physreg ranges. The block's terminators may be replaced, and may
reference physical registers (e.g. WebAssebly's ARGUMENTS. When
LiveIntervals is available, repairIntervalsInRange only repairs virtual
registers, so the tracked physreg units were stale.
It feels like a bug that repairIntervalsInRange doesn't touch physregs,
but I've left that for a future change.

[clang][ARM] Use sponentry for setjmp on Windows ARM32 (#222366)
On Windows, _setjmp and _setjmpex take a second argument, the frame,
which the CRT stores in the jmp_buf and which longjmp later hands to
RtlUnwindEx as the frame to unwind. On aarch64, this is the stack pointer
on entry to the function, while x86_64 takes the function frame address.
ARM expects the same as aarch64 here, the stack pointer on entry.

image: Use msg_n/done idiom for ESP image creation status
make_esp_file() reported "Creating ESP image" and "ESP Image created"
as two separate complete lines via msg(), even though makefs's own
output is redirected to /dev/null and the operation can take a
noticeable amount of time. Use the msg_n "...done" idiom used
elsewhere for silent, potentially slow operations (e.g. jail removal)
so it reads as a single in-progress status line instead of two
disconnected facts.

Add missing FLAVOR to stage-qa and check-plist calls
For example, `poudriere testport -NNi devel/freebsd-gcc15 at amd64`
will correctly build the amd64 flavor, but will attempt to
stage-qa and check-plist for the aarch64 flavor because it
becomes the default flavor through alphabetic sorting.
Patch to 2026d (previous was 2026c)
Changes to code
zic now rejects Link targets that would have invalid names, and
more efficiently processes Expires, Leap and Rule lines with years
far in the past or future. (Thanks to Darren Carreras.)
zic now ports to systems that report lack of link support via
EINVAL, ENOSYS or EPERM errno values. (Thanks to Tom Lane.)
When tzset and related functions encounter a TZif file that is too
large for them, they now consistently fail instead of sometimes
silently ignoring excess parts of the file.
localtime-related functions no longer mishandle extreme timestamps
when given TZif files holding some unlikely timezone histories.
