icmp6: clear csum_flags on mbuf reuse

When icmp6 sends an ICMPv6 message, it reuses the mbuf of the packet
that triggered the ICMPv6 message and prepends an IPv6 and ICMPv6
header. For a locally generated packet with checksum offloading, the
mbuf still has csum_flags set indicating that a SCTP/TCP/UDP checksum
has to be computed and inserted. Since this not the case anymore,
csum_flags need to be cleared.

[clang][ExprConst] Remove bogus diagnostic (#181792)

This diagnostic is untested and this code path should be dead.

   audio/glyr: disable all broken metadata providers, update to musicbrainz v2 API

   musicbrainz v1 API was removed in 2018, glyr itself is more or less
   abandoned upstream in 2016, but some metadata providers still work fine
   (mostly lastfm, musicbrainz, lyrix & elyrics)

   required to update audio/gmpc to a less deprecated version and somewhat
   retain metadata fetching..

   play the patch whack-a-mole since patches fixing the build with poppler
   25.7, 25.9, 25.10 & 26.01 were merged upstream, and only keep the one
   fixing the build with poppler 26.02.

   x11/lxqt/config: backport build fix with kscreen 6.6

   ideally one should update lxqt-config to 2.3.1 which includes that fix,
   but sadly x11/lxqt doesn't have a maintainer to properly update the
   whole desktop environment to 2.3, and enable wayland support... any
   takers ?

ports.7: Add port files to FILES

Add terse descriptions for the individual files that make up a port to
the FILES section of the ports reference manual.
