linuxkpi: Add x86 CPU ID matching functions and macros
There are two parts that go together:
* `X86_MATCH_VFM()` to declare a matching pattern
* `x86_match_cpu()` to check if the current CPU matches one of the
patterns in an array.
The i915 DRM driver started to use this in Linux 6.14.

Reject unsafe package names from ports metadata
PKGNAME is used to construct host-side package staging paths. A port
can supply traversal components and cause those paths to escape the
staging directory.
Validate package names when reading port metadata and before a build
worker uses one. This prevents path separators and dot traversal
components from reaching host filesystem operations.

[AMDGPU][True16][GlobalISel] Update True16 handling for FMA_MIX instructions in GlobalISel (#205431)
The FMA_MIX instructions can extend 16-bit input values, but must have
32-bit registers as operands. This patch handles cases in True16 mode
where the 16-bit input value lives in a VGPR-16 and must be widened.
[compiler-rt] Fix host-only AMDGPU tests being added to GPU build (#223505)
Summray:
We do have AMDPGU tests, but these are for the standalone / minimal
configurations that don't require any host runtime. The tests added in
the previous patch are for offloading, i.e. HIP or OpenMP, not C/C++
compiled fro the GPU.

release while one without is a generic or untested version. We should
use the specific one and fall back.

cookie_seek_function_t is defined as taking off_t rather than off64_t
for offset argument in all C library implementations that support
fopencookie.

Migrate the pass-specific command-line option to a new pass manager
pass parameter, exposed as

UPDATING: bump __FreeBSD_version to 1600026 for LinuxKPI changes
The size of multiple embedded structs have changed and may lead to
problems (pci_error_handlers in pci_driver, dev_pm_info in struct device).
Allow these changes to be detected by bumping __FreeBSD_version.

LinuxKPI: 802.11: Always lock around lkpi_80211_mo_{remove_interface,stop}()
Add the missing locking to another two MO driver downcalls, as drivers
always expect it (e.g. rtw89 by assertion).
Add the lock and might_sleep assertions to the respective lkpi_80211_mo_*
downcalls.
