[LAA] Remove unused functions (NFC) (#226733)
Remove RuntimePointerChecking::empty and LoopAccessInfo::getNumLoads /
getNumStores, which have no callers, together with the NumLoads and
NumStores counters that were only read by the latter.
textproc/languagetool: switch to snapshot releases

Remove the bit-rotted PowerPC-only light grid path from the new rend2
renderer, which does not compile on powerpc64 and powerpc64le.
Add minor and release upgrades installed in a boot environment
Upgrades served by the current ABI repository are now classified from
the GhostBSD version string and handled according to what changed.
A FreeBSD minor change is a "minor" upgrade and a GhostBSD release
change is a "release" upgrade. Both install into a new boot environment
and reboot into it, like a major upgrade already did. Minor reinstalls
every package, release does not. Anything else stays on the in-place
flow.
Version handling:
- parse_version() and classify_upgrade() compare the installed version
from ghostbsd-version against the repository version from pkg rquery
- find_updates() is the single entry point for "is there anything to
install". It owns Data.upgrade_type and checks the running system
first, because its package updates have to be installed before a
major upgrade. A pending major upgrade is put aside while looking and

- fix missing status code of staged files in log message template during commit
- remove empty dangling directories within refs/ when removing references
- do not add unversioned files to version control if a file addition is merged
- handle removal of UID_MAX and GID_MAX

- plug a memory leak caused by duplicate ignore patterns
initial import of GCC 14.4.0 sources.
changes include fixes for at least 113 GCC bugs. the ones found
to be interesting include:
122943 - Wrong code for switch on int64_t on ilp32 targets at -O2 since r14-8302
123271 - -ftrapv fails to detect overflow on ARM32 since GCC 10 since r10-3995
and there are a lot of less scary ICE and runtime fixes.

[LV] Skip low-trip count logic there is no scalar tail. (#225633)
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/195823 added logic consider
vectorization of low trip count loops if there was no or a single
iteration remaining.
This causes loops to be vectorized with a VF where no scalar tail
remains, even if it is required for legality (loop with multiple
countable exits require scalar epilogue to pick the exit).
For now, limit to cases where there's a scalar iteration remaining.

[VPlan] Take wide induction wrap flags from the increment of the phi. (#226726)
The binary operator of an integer InductionDescriptor is the incoming
value from the latch, which is not required to have the phi as operand.
E.g. for
%x = add i32 %iv, 5
%iv.next = add nuw nsw i32 %x, 1
the flags only apply to %x + 1, while the induction step is 6, and %iv +
6 may wrap even though %iv.next does not. Determine the wrap flags from
the increment of the header phi instead, and only if it adds to or
subtracts from the phi directly.
