NAS-143918 / 27.0.0-BETA.1 / Restrict non-S3 exports of S3 buckets to s3data, read-only (#19797)
SMB, NFS and Webshare shares of a bucket's dataset must be read-only and
of its s3data directory, matched by the dataset the path resolves to.
Backport notes for 26: rsync, cloud sync and FTP are still single-file
legacy plugins and there is no SharingTaskServicePart, so the
local_path_info overrides live on the legacy services (as @private), and
LocalPathInfo, dataset_split and validate_path_service_write live in
service/sharing_service.py. The cloud task mixin already hands the full
task dict (direction included) to validate_path_field, so
plugins/cloud/crud.py needs no change.

[JITLink] Support AArch64 big-endian (BE8) ELF objects (#225120)
The AArch64 ELF backend hard-coded ELF64LE, so aarch64_be
objects failed to load. Follow the PPC64 multi-endian pattern:
the graph builder, aarch64::applyFixup, ELFJITLinker_aarch64,
and the link entry points (link_ELF_aarch64 / link_ELF_aarch64_be)
are templated on llvm::endianness, with data fixups written in the
compile-time target endianness and instructions always little-endian
(the A64 ISA is word-invariant).
[CIR] Fixup tests after GEP type changed (#225770)
CIR tests with OGCG check lines for GEPs changed to use i8 instead of a
different type in many cases. This patch fixes it. This is from #225415
Every fix ended up moving OGCG closer to what CIR does, so this is a
generally good thing.
[clang][bytecode] Add a CheckLoad overload taking a PtrView (#225741)
We sometimes create intermediate pointers, which always insert
themselves into the pointer list of a block. Which is slow.
This adds a `CheckLoad()` overload taking a `PtrView`, which we can use
in those cases.
