[clang-tidy] Normalize windows line filter paths (#217038)
`git | clang-tidy-diff.py` emits line-filter paths with forward slashes,
while Windows compilation databases use a mix of forwards and backwards
slashes. These paths are then silently rejected (and no report is
emitted).
Reproduce on windows via:
```
git.exe diff -U0 main -- . | python clang-tidy-diff.py -p1 -path .\build"
```
Git will produce a path like:
```
my/source/file.cpp
```
The compilation database has files with entries like this:

Distinguish system-generated license records from issued ones
This commit adds changes to record where a license record came from, since we now write one ourselves during upgrade on unlicensed appliance hardware and several consumers were treating it as though iX had issued it.
Entitlement resolution deliberately ignores the origin, so what a record grants is still decided by its contents alone. It only changes alerting, the unlicensed to licensed transition hook, and what we report outward to TrueNAS Connect and support.
Rename the DIRECTORY_SERVICES entitlement to DIRECTORY_SERVICES_AUTH
This commit adds changes to follow the LicenseFeature rename in truenas_pylicensed, covering the entitlement matrix, the policy register, display names, the per-feature message overrides, the legacy injection set and the ds_auth gate. The unrelated directoryservices namespace and the ds_auth field itself are deliberately untouched.
Worth flagging for whoever lands this: python3-truenas-pylicensed is unversioned in debian/control, and because this is a rename rather than an addition, both skew directions break at import time. New middleware against the old package and old middleware against the new one each raise AttributeError while importing middlewared.utils.entitlements, which leaves middlewared unable to start.

Tested with firefox on NetBSD 10 amd64.
(Note that upstream does not publish NEWS in a file in the sources,
making it unreasonably awkward to extract. Thus, commit messages tend
to include items that appear particularly notable during a quick
scan.)
