[ORC] Generalize rt::Proxy result mapping to Error / Expected<T> callees (#215181)
Previously a Proxy's callee return type RetT mapped to the client-facing
result (ErrorRetT) as: void -> Error, everything else -> Expected<RetT>.
That could not represent a callee whose own result is fallible: an
Error-returning callee became Expected<Error>, and an Expected<T> callee
became Expected<Expected<T>>.
Generalize the mapping to:
void -> Error
Error -> Error
T -> Expected<T>
Expected<T> -> Expected<T> (flattened, not nested)
so a dispatch failure and the callee's own error collapse into a single
Error/Expected<T>. The SPS ProxySpec dispatch handles the new cases,
forwarding an Error/Expected callee's own result and, on a dispatch
failure, discarding the (unproduced) placeholder result before reporting
the error.

graphics/geeqie-gtk3: import geeqie-gtk3-2.9
Geeqie is a lightweight Gtk+ based image viewer for Unix like
operating systems.
Geeqie has been forked from gqview project, because it was not possible
to contact gqview author and the only maintainer. Geeqie projects goal is
to move the development forward and also integrate the existing patches.
This package contains the old GTK3-based version.

databases/openldap27-server: fix patch target for ldap.map.in
In OpenLDAP 2.7.0, ldap.map was changed to a template (ldap.map.in)
that is processed during configure. Update the post-patch sed target
accordingly to fix build failure when DEBUG option is disabled.

mvc: ArrayField support nested fields in record sets
Flatten nested container fields for export and resolve them again on import, limited to the same one-level nesting supported by ArrayField::add().
feat: add PKG_EVENT_RC_SCRIPT for rc.d script actions
Introduce a dedicated event for rc script start/stop/restart, with
display in src/event.c and pipe JSON in libpkg/pkg_event.c.
Renamed internal PKG_RC_START/STOP to PKG_RC_ATTR_START/STOP to avoid
conflict with the new public pkg_rc_action_t enum.
