Ruby client library and CLI tool for the OPNsense REST API
It is meant as a replacement for net-mgmt/py-opn-cli. It provides:
- An HTTP client with SSL, redirect handling, and API key authentication
- UUID/name resolution for ModelRelationField and CertificateField references
- Service reconfigure orchestration with configtest support
- OPNsense selection-hash normalization
- A CLI tool for interactive API access
- A resource registry that abstracts away inconsistent endpoint naming

[SLP]Fix crash in canBuildSplitNode on struct-typed scalars
Split nodes require plain vector types for the cost model and codegen,
but getWidenedType on a struct scalar type returns a struct-of-vectors,
so the cast<VectorType> asserted. Bail out on struct-typed scalars, they
are not supported.

[mlir][NVVM] Move MMA verifier type sets (NFC) (#221712)
Build the fixed-size operand type collection by moving the locally
computed allowed-type sets. The verifier does not use the individual
sets afterward, so copying their nested vectors is unnecessary.

Extension to #221289 - adds CLMULH handling by ensuring we zero out the
upper 64-bits of the PCLMULQDQ input and extract the upper i32 element

CodeGen: Drop inert -fp-contract flags from tests (#221710)
-fp-contract is nearly dead, but referenced in tests. These have
no output change with or without the flag now.

[SLP]Flatten fsub/fneg chains into fadd reductions with per-operand signs
For unordered fadd reductions, reassociable (reassoc+nsz) fsub/fneg
chain links are recursed into and their leaves tracked with a flipped
sign, which is part of the grouping key, so reduced-values groups are
sign-uniform by construction. If per-value signs cannot model the
chain, the analysis restarts once without the flattening. Negated
parts are combined with vector fsub (may form per-lane fma) and
subtracted once in the final combine; no extra negations are emitted.

[CodeGen] Don't schedule across frame register save/restore for sanitized functions
Even if the target's Post-RA Scheduler can reorder instructions across
the frame register save/restore, it must not do so for sanitized
functions. A crash can happen at any point, and sanitizers need to be
able to unwind from the PC at the point of the crash using a frame
register that still points to the current frame.
This is the same class of issue fixed for shrink-wrapping in
2cdcfd23cd01 ("[ShrinkWrapping] Disable the optimization for functions
with sanitize like attribute.").
[ConstraintElim] Support loops where header is also latch. (#221494)
Remove the bail out for header == latch. We now support deriving facts
from the latch condition and the restriction is no longer necessary.
This enables inferring additional flags in a number of cases, and a few
additional folds in practice:
