vnode_pager: clean up undirty_pages()
The first (second) loop of vnode_pager_undirty_pages() includes an
if-test to test whether an iteration is the last (first). Move those
if-tests out of their loops. That allows the compiler to unroll the
loops.

If not then the state would not "see" the duplicates. Removed the dubious tracking via "context" and focused on using checking for existance in the live grains.

[LoopVectorize] Support vectorization of frexp intrinsic (#172957)
This patch enables the vectorization of the llvm.frexp intrinsic.
Following the suggestion in #112408, frexp is moved from
isTriviallyScalarizable to isTriviallyVectorizable.

[VPlan] Support extends and truncs in getSCEVExprForVPValue. (NFCI)
Handle extends and truncates in getSCEVExprForVPValue. This enables
computing SCEVs in more cases in the VPlan-based cost-model, but should
compute the matching costs in all cases.
tools/netbsd-base-system-import.sh: Suppress unwanted expansion of $NetBSD$.
Before this change, instances of the literal string '$NetBSD$' within
this script were expanded by NetBSD's CVS if this script was imported
into NetBSD's sources and then checked out. When subsequently used,
the script would then copy the expanded string into the locations
in the files being imported where the literal string '$NetBSD$'
was desired.
Although harmless (as CVS would eventually use the correct expansion
when the imported files were checked out later), the use of the
expanded value for '$NetBSD$' caused confusing diffs prior to check-in.
With this change, the literal string '$NetBSD$' should be placed in
the desired locations as-is.

[MemProf] Fix reporting with -memprof-matching-cold-threshold (#173327)
With the -memprof-matching-cold-threshold option, we hint as cold
allocations where the fraction of cold bytes is at least the given
threshold. However, we were incorrectly reporting all of the
allocation's contexts and bytes as hinted cold.
Fix this to report the non-cold contexts as ignored. To do this,
refactor out some existing reporting, and also keep track of the
original allocation type for each context in the Trie along with its
ContextTotalSize information. Most of the changes are the change to this
array's type and name.
