sysutils/zellij: Update to upstream release 0.42.1

- The fixes are mostly transparent to FreeBSD, but crate dependencies
have been modernised in the process.
[libc++][CI] Adds GCC trunk image. (#132271)
As discussed during the last monthly meeting we want to be able to test
the GCC development version in our CI, but we don't want to commit to
support this compiler version.
This adds the image to the CI Docker image. At the moment GCC-15 will
not pass the CI. Having it in the Docker image makes it possible to
validate fixes.

Refactor search actions and tag filtering
- Use single helper function for building filter
- Use tag UUIDs instead of names for filtering
- Avoid building filter functions when filters are empty
- Pass null to searchBase() when no filtering is required
- Use UUID-based filtering for dhcp_tags via record attributes
solfege: disable lilypond use
lilypond dumps core and causes processes that use 100% CPU when building
this.
Enable for bulk builds again.
Bump PKGREVISION.
Also generate hashes for files in gzimg directories.
At one point this should probably be unified at least a bit with the hash
generation of regular sets, so that there is a single place that defines
the types of hashes generated for sets and gzimg.
