bnxt: fix i2c read to allow access to different addresses
Allow reading of i2c addresses other than A0. A0 does provide most
information, but doesn't provide things like module temps, and optical
signal levels.

[lld][COFF] Add /linkreprofullpathrsp flag (#174971)
This patch adds the /linkreprofullpathrsp flag with the same behaviour
as link.exe. This flag emits a file containing the full paths to each
object passed to the link line.
This is used in particular when linking Arm64X binaries, as you need the
full path to all the Arm64 objects that were used in a standard Arm64
build.

Add ability to create symlinks in All/ directory when fetching packages
with -o option. This helps tools like synth that expect packages directly
in All/ when repositories use Hashed/ subdirectories.
Also honor PKG_REPO_SYMLINK environment variable similar to pkg repo.

explicitly use external www/uriparser for the new 'uri' extension in PHP 8.5;
although it was previously mostly using the internal copy, aja@ ran into a
problem with this which must have been related to dpb junking during "make
fake".
