We should print out an error if we encounter invalid YAML.
With this PR, the error is printed. I included the diagnostics here,
because they provide better error messages and allow you to locate the
error easier.
interfaces: handle these as well
They are correct but it doesn't hurt to keep them in the list
to avoid noise in the config diff for now. It's easier to
spot actual issues such as "<dhcp6-ia-pd-len>0</dhcp6-ia-pd-len>"
being written to a LAN configuration.
[LV] Fold invariant reduction phis to their start value. (#223279)
A reduction phi whose backedge value is the phi itself is invariant and
equal to its start value. This can happen when the reduction operation
folds away, e.g. `or X, 0`, `and X, -1`, `add X, 0` or `mul X, 1`.
Clean up such trivial non-reductions early.

bhyve: Add an option to prevent automatic restart in monitor mode
Monitor mode will currently unconditionally restart the guest if it
reboots, which can be incovenient in certain situations (e.g., resetting
the guest after a panic).
Address this by introducing a way to prevent automatic guest restarts
in monitor mode.

db/hash: Harden hash(3) database code
The hash(3) database code does not validate the on-disk database header,
leaving it open to several OOB read and write vulnerabilities.
This change adds basic header validation and array bounds checking to
parts of the hash(3) code that can be manipulated by messing with the
database header.

interfaces: round-trip the DHCPv6/track6 hex ID fields (#10879)
NetworkInterfaceContainerField::toLegacy() guards the hex-to-decimal conversion
for dhcp6-prefix-id, dhcp6_ifid, track6-prefix-id and track6_ifid with
"if (!$this->$fld->isSet())". BaseField::isSet() is "getValue() !== ''", so the
conversion runs only for fields the operator left empty, and a field they
actually filled in is never emitted.
Fix webshare share gathering in usage reporting
## Problem
`sharing.webshare` is a typesafe service, so its `query` hands back pydantic entries rather than dicts, and the gather loop subscripted them. A single configured webshare was enough to raise `TypeError` — and since `gather()` swallows a failing stat function wholesale, that dropped the entire `shares` payload, SMB/NFS/iSCSI included, leaving only a log line behind.
## Solution
Read `enabled` and `is_home_base` off the entry as attributes.

Rust Coreutils 0.12.0 Release:
We are happy to announce the release of Rust Coreutils 0.12.0 - a release focused on compatibility fixes for our Ubuntu friends.
Ubuntu ships uutils coreutils as its default coreutils implementation, and this cycle was driven by what their users and maintainers reported: the bugs they asked us to prioritize are all fixed here, along with a long tail of smaller divergences from GNU. Few of these are glamorous, but they are exactly what breaks a script that has worked for twenty years.
Alongside that, we removed the last C dependency of expr (onig is replaced by the pure-Rust fancy-regex), continued the Windows port (nice, nohup and hostid now build there, and uucore's filesystem layer was rewritten with safe Win32 wrappers) and landed another round of security hardening on ls, sort and install.
Also, some contributions had carried comments and code over from GNU coreutils, against our own rule
that uutils is an original implementation. We reviewed the tree and rewrote what we found, in comments and in the few functions that followed the C too closely; no behaviour change. The GNU coreutils maintainers have been notified.
GNU coreutils 9.12 was released during our cycle (kudos to the team!), and some of the work went that way too. Chasing compatibility tends to turn up things worth fixing or improving on both sides.
We also made it official: a utility being significantly slower than GNU is now treated as a bug, not a wishlist item. If you hit one, please report it as a bug.
