emulators/fab-agon-emulator: Emulator of the Agon Light Computer

An emulator of the Agon Light, Olimex Agon Light 2, and Agon Console8 8-bit
computers.

The Agon Light is a modern, fully open-source, 8-bit microcomputer and
microcontroller in one small, low-cost board, designed by Bernado Kastrup aka
The Byte Attic. As a computer, it is a standalone device that requires no host
PC: it puts out its own video (VGA), audio (2 identical mono channels), accepts
a PS/2 keyboard and has its own mass-storage in the form of a micro-SD card. The
Olimex Agon Light 2 is a variation on the original Agon Light design.

The Agon Console8 is a version of the Agon Light that also includes two
Atari-compatible joystick ports, and a PS/2 mouse port, and a stylish case. It
was also designed by Bernado Kastrup aka The Byte Attic, and is manufactured by
Heber Ltd.

The Agon Light, Olimex Agon Light 2, and the Agon Console8 are all fully
compatible with each other. Software written for one will run on the other, and

LLVM/project 3c611b3libc/src/__support/CPP CMakeLists.txt, libc/src/stdlib/linux realpath.cpp CMakeLists.txt

[libc][realpath] Validate path components.

This PR updates `realpath` to validate paths and return `ENOTDIR` or `ENOENT` according to https://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/9699919799/functions/realpath.html.

This PR also bumps the memory limit in `HermeticTestUtils.cpp`. The realpath unit tests allocate quite a few strings. Since memory in hermetic tests is never free'd, the unit test quickly reaches the limit.

LLVM/project 6cc64d3libc/src/__support/CPP string.h CMakeLists.txt, libc/test/src/__support/CPP string_test.cpp

[libc][cpp::string] Don't allocate a string in operator=(string_view)

Currently, `opreator=(string_view)` allocates a temporary string: https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/blob/67ebc4b221c3e94028b33004cd5cd08deee95048/libc/src/__support/CPP/string.h#L106-L108.

This PR updates `=` and `+=` to better support `string_view`. It also adds debug checks so that `cpp::string` makes it clear it does not support aliasing (e.g. `s = s` would zero out the string).

LLVM/project 51aa835clang/include/clang/Options Options.td, clang/lib/CodeGen CGOpenMPRuntimeGPU.cpp

[offload][OpenMP] Add atomic cross-team reductions

Regular cross-team reductions have two phases: the intra-team reduction
and the inter-team reduction. Atomic cross-team reductions replace the
second phase with a atomic instruction which is used by the main thread
of each team to directly fold the result of the intra-team reduction
into the final result. Since this requires a combination of "data type"
and "combine operation" for which an atomic instruction is available,
only some (but very common) reductions can be transformed to atomic
reductions. In cases where multiple reductions are performed on the same
construct, the atomic path is only taken if all reductions can be
transformed. Otherwise, we fall back to the regular cross-team reduction
using a buffer with per-team slots. This is not strictly necessary, but
hybrid reductions would induce more complexity with questionable
benefit.

Selecting an atomic path might not be the best option for every
situation, which is why it is not enabled by default. Instead, it can be
enabled via `-fopenmp-target-fast-reduction`. This flag has already been

Update `flang/docs/FortranStandardsSupport.md` to reflect the current

The previous list of multi-image features was incomplete, and several
multi-image features added in F2008 were inaccurately listed in the
F2018 section.

Recent PRs adding functionality now reflected in this document include:
* #205847
* #192944
* #182110

Older (pre-22) PRs adding functionality that was not previously
mentioned include:
