www/bunkerweb: Make the scheduler and the API work together
The scheduler registered the instance with HTTP_PORT instead of
API_HTTP_PORT, so it never reached it and ran no jobs at all.
Run it as the worker user and share the directories with the API,
which replaces those files on a push. Point the remaining Linux paths
in the API and the config saver at their FreeBSD locations, teach the
reload path about the openresty binary, and let the worker reload
through the rc script, the fallback upstream already uses.

www/nginx-module-vod: Update to 1.10.0
Adds DASH accessibility support and HLS I-frame playlists for fMP4,
fixes the subrequest buffer allocation with proxy_cache and the manifest
durations after keyframe-aligned clipping, and refactors the code onto
the current nginx conventions.
Upstream now requires nginx 1.23 and FFmpeg 5.1 as a minimum. Both
are met by the nginx ports and by multimedia/ffmpeg.

www/nginx-module-ndk: Update to 0.3.5
Switch to the openresty fork. The repository at vision5 has seen no
commit since February 2025, while openresty carries the fix for complex
values with nginx 1.31.3, which www/nginx-devel needs, and is the tree
that the CI of the modules depending on the NDK clones.
Follow the layout of the other module source ports and add a pkg-message
that explains how the nginx ports turn the sources into
ndk_http_module.so.

www/nginx-module-cache-purge: Update to 3.0.3
Upstream has turned the snapshot into a release. It fixes a segfault on
PURGE requests in locations without a configured proxy cache, which now
return 404, keeps the separate purge location configuration inside "if"
blocks and adds regression coverage for inherited configuration and cache
key handling.

[CMake] Link MLIR if CLANG_ENABLE_CIR
CIR requires MLIR to build. However, MLIR doesn't have a separate
config file; it dependencies are checked by ClangTarget.cmake without
linking the MLIR library. Link against MLIR in ClangCOnfig.cmake when
CIR is enabled.
Tools/scripts/find-maintainers-broken-ports.sh: convenience script
By default it finds all unconditionally broken ports
(marked with the BROKEN=xx keyword).
With the -all argument it prints an additional list of conditionally
broken ports, for example BROKEN_aarch64.
Maintainer e-mail is derived from the unix user name, or can be
specified in the command line.
Usage: find-maintainers-broken-ports.sh [-all] [maintainer]
