[NFC] Rename variables to FPOp (#173792)
In my earlier PR (https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/167574),
I've named a variable in fpext function wrong. I've changed the name in
both functions to generic FPOp
net-im/dino: Unbreak build
- Incorrect use of meson in the previous patch (apologies), this
patch fixes the previous misconception.
- Reformatted Makefile so plugin options are grouped together.
- Ensure plugin-dependent files within plist are properly labeled
with the right plugin.

[CIR] Add CIR x86 codegen builtins tests (#173726)
Some of the tests I added in previous PRs seems to have unintentionally
been removed by #171694. I am adding them back here.
Add flavor cdda to allow playing and ripping CDs.
The Aqualung port was compiled with cdda until version 2.0. The constant
scanning for a new CD might interfear with other uses of the CD drive.
This new flavor gives the option to users to continue playing CDs with
Aqualung.

If the LHS of the first reduction op is not a first operand, but RHS is,
and RHS is the second operand of the first reductoin op, still need to
emit RHS as a second reduction operand, though without freeze of the
LHS operand
