openssl: list SHA-3 digests in help output
Register sha3-{224,256,384,512} as dgst commands so they appear in
openssl help. Without this, SHA-3 support is easy to miss and looks
unsupported from the command line.

fonts/ttmkfdir2: avoid undefined behavior
The function that produced the font foundry name was returning a
pointer to its own automatic storage for cases where it was generating
"misc" for an unknown foundry. This is just as invalid in C++ as it is
in C, and dressing it up in C++ goop just made it harder to see that
it was wrong.
XXX: There's half a dozen entries in the foundry table here that are
XXX: unmatchable because they're lower-case and it does toupper()
XXX: before matching.
[InstCombine] Explicitly mark select weights from e4722c6 as unknown (#174134)
We are trying to ensure that we explicitly annotate branch/select
weights as unknown when creating a select if we cannot reasonably infer
them to ensure branch weights are propagated as much as possible. (See
https://discourse.llvm.org/t/rfc-profile-information-propagation-unittesting/73595
for the original proposal).
e4772c6 introduced a new select that sometimes might be missing this
annotation. Mark the weights as unknown given we cannot reasonably infer
whether the value distribution here.

[SLP] Support for copyables in the reduced values (#153589)
Currently reductions can handles only same/alternate instructions,
skipping potential support for copyables. Patch adds support for
copyables in the reduced values.

games/lwjgl3: Unbreak after update lang/kotlin to 2.3.0
Since Kotlin 2.3.0, Ant support has been removed, but lwjgl3 has complex
long ongoing migration story from Ant to Gradle.
Depends on new port lang/kotlin22 with Kotlin 2.2.21. Hopefully after
migration the port may be removed.
While here improve port:
- Fix warnings from portclippy.
- Optimize do-install goal.
- Refresh patches.
