[flang][cuda] Use the option to populate conversion patterns (#170190)
#169740 split the conversion patterns but the option was not use when
populating them.

* When using one of the lxml tree builders, you can pass in
huge_tree=True to disable lxml's security restrictions and process
files that include huge text nodes. ("huge" means more than
10,000,000 bytes of text in a single node). Without this, lxml may
silently stop processing the file after encountering a huge text
node. [bug=2072424]
* The html.parser tree builder processes numeric character entities
using the algorithm described in the HTML spec. If this means
replacing some other character with REPLACEMENT CHARACTER, it will
set BeautifulSoup.contains_replacement_characters. [bug=2126753]
The other tree builders rely on the underlying parser to do this
sort of replacement. That means that Beautiful Soup never sees the
original character reference, so it doesn't know whether

[AMDGPU] Allow hazard checks for WMMA co-exec (#168805)
Now we are just inserting V_NOP instrtuctions, try to schedule
something into the shadow.
It is still somewhat imprecise, for example AdvanceCycle() will
use TII.getNumWaitStates() anyway, but in a scheduling mode
we are not required to be precise. We must be finally precise
in the hazard recognizer mode. Then EmittedInstrs buffer is also
limited to MaxLookAhead even though VALU only hazards may actually
never expire and require an endless buffer. But that's OK, we can
at least mitigate what the buffer can hold. The buffer is also
currently much bigger than any of VALU hazards may need.
That said the rest of the 'fix*' functions here can be changed
the same way, these which are using V_NOPs. This one is just the
worst because it may require up to 9 nops.
sysutils/ipfs-go-fs-repo-migrations: Mark DEPRECATED
- Was required for migrations in between different IPFS versions and no
longer required
- Set EXPIRATION_DATE 2025-12-31
If someone needs this port feel free to undeprecate and takeover
maintainership.
[clang-doc] Add Mustache case to assets test
Mustache wasn't tested in the assets lit test, which tests if
user-supplied assets are copied correctly. The Mustache HTML backend
initialy failed this test because it expected every asset, which
included Mustache templates, to be supplied. For now, we just expect
either CSS or JS to be supplied and use the default if one of them isn't
given.
We can allow custom templates in the future using the same checks.
[clang-doc] Add Mustache case to test for DR 131697
The test for DR 131697 only requires that clang-doc doesn't crash. There
is no documentation created. However, when using Mustache, clang-doc still expects certain
paths to exist, like the directory where assets are placed. In legacy
HTML, the `docs` directory is still created and assets are placed there
regardless of there being any Infos to document. Mustache didn't do
this, so now we create `docs/json` and `docs/html` even if there is
nothing to document.
[lldb/ScriptInterpreter] Fix typo in AbstractMethodCheckerPayload (NFC) (#170187)
This fixes a typo in ScriptedPythonInterface and changes
`AbstrackMethodCheckerPayload` to `AbstractMethodCheckerPayload`.
