zap double .Pp;
Add support for !command to mygate, so that netstart has a late opportunity
to perform network configuration (for example, "!route source -ifp em0")
Split mygate and myname manual pages (how did anyone ever believe these
are related), and perform hostname configuration much earlier in rc.

man pages with pseudo synopses which list filenames end up creating
very ugly output in man -k; after some discussion with ingo, we feel
the simplest fix is to remove such SYNOPSIS sections: the info is hardly
helpful at page top, is contained already in FILES, and there are
sufficiently few that just zapping them is simple;
ok schwarze, who also helpfully ran things through a build to check
output;
'rtsol' has been removed from hostname.if(5) recently.
OK jmc@
Use the first host of the documentation ranges for both address

convert to new .Dd format;
fix my bad wording;
describe interoperation with `rtsol' directive in hostname.if files;

/etc/mygate may now contain ipv6 addresses;
