FreeBSD — head/usr.sbin/ctld ctld.c isns.c

Add basic iSNS client to the iSCSI target.

This makes ctld(8) register its iSCSI targets and portals on configured
iSNS servers to allow initiators find them without active discovery.

Fetching of allowed initiators from iSNS is not implemented now, so target
ACLs still should be configured manually.

FreeBSD Ports — head/dns/adns Makefile distinfo, head/dns/adns/files patch-regress-Makefile.in

dns/adns: 1.4 -> 1.5.0~rc0

  New features:
  * Support for queries about IPv6 data in all applicable adns
    query types (including AAAA, PTR, and adns_r_addr queries).
    (Thanks very much to Mark Wooding.)
  * Support for transport over IPv6. (Thanks to Mark Wooding again.)
  * adns_addr2text and adns_text2addr: Convenient functions for
    converting between addresses and address literals.

  Bugfixes:
  * Fix a crashing bug in adnslogres. (Debian#392102.)
  * Do all checks of checked PTR owner name before actually sending the
    query, and reject IPv4 PTR owner names whose labels have leading zero
    digits or values >255.

  Build system fixes and improvements:
  * `make clean' removes the pipes.
  * Work around bugs in make (Debian #4073, #756123) affecting regress.
  * Do not include Makefile and src/config.h in distribution tarball.

  Regression test debugging improvements:
  * Provide gdbwrap convenience script.
  * Honour ADNS_TEST_DEBUG env. var. (Mark Wooding.)

LLVM — cfe/trunk/lib/Lex TokenLexer.cpp MacroArgs.cpp, cfe/trunk/test/Preprocessor macro_paste_bad.c

Lex: Fix an invalid access into a SmallString

We would crash because we used operator[] to access past the end of a
SmallString. This occured because our token had length zero.

Instead, form the pointer using .data() and arithmetic. This is safe
because this forms a one-past-the-end pointer and it is only used to
compare with another one-past-the-end pointer.

This fixes PR21379.

DragonFlyBSD — sys/boot/pc32 Makefile.inc, sys/boot/pc32/boot0 Makefile

boot/pc32: specify some flags based on CCVER

Some flags are gcc-specific, so only set them if CCVER begins with

binutils GNU assembler, so define ASSEMBLER flags which CCVER starting
with "clang" will augment. There is no change for the current base
compilers.

LLVM — llvm/trunk/lib/Transforms/InstCombine InstCombineCompares.cpp

InstCombine: Remove overzealous asserts

These asserts can trigger if the worklist iteration order is
sufficiently unlucky. Instead of adding special case logic to handle
these edge conditions, just bail out on trying to transform them:
InstSimplify will get them when it reaches them on the worklist.

This fixes PR21378.

N.B. No test case is included because any test would rely on the
fragile worklist iteration order.

DragonFlyBSD — sys/boot/dloader Makefile

DragonFlyBSD — sys/platform/pc64/acpica acpi_wakecode.S

pc64/acpica: specify cmpw in acpi_wakecode.S

The "cmp" instruction is ambiguious in acpi_wakecode.S. The GNU assembler
should emit an error, but instead it just assumes that the operand is of
a wide type. The clang assembler does throw an error, so let's explicitly
use "cmpw" to resolve the ambuiguity.
