FreeBSD Ports — head/security/py-dfvfs distinfo Makefile

FreeBSD — head/sys/kern uipc_sockbuf.c uipc_socket.c

Revert r274494, r274712, r275955 and provide extra comments explaining
why there could appear a zero-sized mbufs in socket buffers.

A proper fix would be to divorce record socket buffers and stream
socket buffers, and divorce pru_send that accepts normal data from
pru_send that accepts control data.

LLVM — llvm/trunk/lib/Target/ARM ARMInstrInfo.td, llvm/trunk/lib/Target/ARM/MCTargetDesc ARMMCTargetDesc.cpp

ARM: further improve deprecated diagnosis (LDM)

The ARM ARM states:
  LDM/LDMIA/LDMFD:
The SP can be in the list. However, ARM deprecates using these instructions
    with SP in the list.

ARM deprecates using these instructions with both the LR and the PC in the
    list.

  LDMDA/LDMFA/LDMDB/LDMEA/LDMIB/LDMED:
The SP can be in the list. However, instructions that include the SP in the
    list are deprecated.

Instructions that include both the LR and the PC in the list are deprecated.

  POP:
The SP can only be in the list before ARMv7. ARM deprecates any use of ARM
instructions that include the SP, and the value of the SP after such an
    instruction is UNKNOWN.

ARM deprecates the use of this instruction with both the LR and the PC in
    the list.

Attempt to diagnose use of deprecated forms of these instructions. This mirrors
the previous changes to diagnose use of the deprecated forms of STM in ARM mode.

FreeBSD — head/sys/net80211 ieee80211_scan.c

Document where in scan_task the scan state can change, and potentially
deal/log a warning if the scan flags change during one of those race
windows.

It's highly likely that I need to actually sit down and replace this
scan infrastructure at some point. It has some other side effects too -
the scan task is a blocking task scheduled in the net80211 taskqueue;
so drivers that use this taskqueue have other things not run. Eek.

If you see this printf happen then please let me know!

OpenBSD Ports — comms/minimodem Makefile distinfo, comms/minimodem/patches patch-configure

Import comms/minimodem
ok benoit@

Minimodem is a command-line program which decodes (or generates) audio
modem tones at any specified baud rate, using various framing protocols.
It acts a general-purpose software FSK modem, and includes support for
various standard FSK protocols such as Bell103, Bell202, RTTY, NOAA
SAME, and Caller-ID.

Minimodem can play and capture audio modem tones in real-time via the
system audio device, or in batched mode via audio files.

Minimodem can be used to transfer data between nearby computers using an
audio cable (or just via sound waves), or between remote computers using
radio, telephone, or another audio communications medium.
