Revert "fdp-primer: Mention that .po files are generated nightly"
This reverts commit 64b3126c0db9dcc8cf9a2f003b3a52dbb76a7fd1.
It turns out the information was wrong and the PO files are not created
nightly.
porters-handbook: Use full-length hashes in GH_TAGNAME
Full hashes avoid possible conflicts, at the cost of a small increase in
some path names.
About 1/3 of the existing GH_TAGNAMEs in the ports tree are already full
40-character hashes.

ctld: Normalize physical port names
Don't require ioctl port names to be fully expanded as this
contradicts the syntax documented in the ctl.conf(5). However, don't
require users to exactly guess when pp or vp can be omitted. Instead,
normalize all physical port names by parsing any port name with a pp
or vp value and reformatting them to a standardized format. This
format is also used when generating names for kernel-enumerated ports.

handbook/disks: Update encrypted swap instructions for geli
Add instructions to initialize the geli swap device first. Also, be a
bit clearer on the /etc/fstab line to add for geli.
