net/xmlrpc-c: Fix parallel build
The build races with itself: lib/openssl links libxmlrpc_openssl.so
while
lib/libutil is still linking libxmlrpc_util.so. With the symlink
missing,
the linker falls back to the static libxmlrpc_util.a, whose objects are
not

www/nginx-module-form-input: Add New Port
The form_input module reads HTTP POST and PUT request bodies encoded as
application/x-www-form-urlencoded and puts the parsed values into nginx
variables. This port installs the module sources only, the module
itself is built by the nginx ports.

By default, makefs uses the host environment's user and group databases
when creating filesystems. This causes makefs to fail when trying to
create files owned by users or groups which don't exist in the host
environment, for example when creating a VM with packages pre-installed
which added their own users/groups.
Pass "-N ${DESTDIR}/etc" to makefs to point it at the user and group
databases from the image being created.

biology/p5-transdecoder: Change WWW for portscout
