devel/libvirt: run virt-host-validate in rc script
Update the libvirtd rc script to run virt-host-validate(1)
before running libvirtd(8). This command provides information
about possibly missing kernel modules required for certain
features of libvirtd. Errors and warnings from this tool do not
prevent libvirtd(8) from starting as most of the features
are optional.

audio/elevenlabs-cli: New port: Command-line interface for the ElevenLabs platform
The keyring crate's "vendored" feature makes libdbus-sys build a bundled
copy of D-Bus; files/patch-Cargo.toml drops it so the system library is
used instead. OPENSSL_NO_VENDOR does the same for openssl-sys.
The CLI exposes the whole ElevenLabs API as subcommands, so the generated
shell completions are about 6MB. They are gated behind a default-off
COMPLETIONS option; the man page is always installed.

Wordsmith the docs project website title heading to make it clearer
that this is the docs project portal and not the main website home.
Also, tighten redundant uses of "FreeBSD". Saying it at least once
in every line and heading is quite tedious. Similarily, give the
anchors a more accurate and unique name to ease contribution.
Also tidy grammar on the search bar. Search bars never get punctuation,
unless it's an elipsis, the project uses serial commas, and "in" is not
really correct here.
lib/msun amd64: use AVX FMA instructions for fma(3) and fmaf(3) when available
Utilize the ARCHLEVEL framework from libc/amd64/string to provide the
way for runtime selection of the implementation, if wanted.

lib/msun: move the calculation of LIBC_SRCTOP earlier
which makes the variable available for machine/Makefile.inc usage.
