math/scilab: chase the upgrade of math/matio to 1.6.0
The recent upgrade of matio broke Scilab, because Scilab only test
the minor version MATIO_RELEASE_LEVEL and not the full string.

arm: Quote diagnostic message
The C standard does not require diagnostic messages to be quoted, but
some tools get confused by unbalanced quotes such as the apostrophe in
“don't”. Wrap this message in double quotes to resolve the confusion.

- The test suite requires a valid Sys.timezone(), which fails in
poudriere jails as they have no /etc/localtime. Set TZ=UTC via
MAKE_ENV, since cran.mk's do-test does not honour TEST_ENV.

audio/praat: update to 7.0.01, latest upstream
Praat 7 has some breaking changes -- the location for configuration
has changed, and scripts are now trust-checked by praat.
While here, patch out the vendored version of zlib and use
the FreeBSD base-system one. The other externals should
probably get the same treatment.
Audio doesn't play (on FreeBSD 15, in KDE Plasma), but it
doesn't error out either.

www/phpgroupware: Deprecate, upstream is dead
The GNU Project has decommissioned the package (Savannah reports
"Development Status: 9 - Decommissioned"), the last release on
SourceForge dates back to 2010, git.savannah.gnu.org no longer carries
the repository, and no active fork exists. The phpgroupware.org domain
has lapsed and now redirects to an unrelated site, so point WWW at the
Savannah project page instead.
arm64: Fix the indentation of ID_AA64ISAR2_EL1
Some ID_AA64ISAR2_EL1 fields values are incorrectly indented. Values
have an extra space before the macro to make scanning for them easier.
Add this extra space to the two fields that were missing it.

audio/alacenc: unbreak the port's build against coming CMake versions
Since we cannot drop cmake_minimum_required() altogether, patch it up
assuming any CMake version within the foreseeable future will suffice.

devel/cl-cffi: Update to 0.24.1.
Build the documentation from the texinfo sources in the distfile
instead of fetching pre-generated HTML, text and PDF files from a
separate site, where the copies published for this release were all
zero bytes. The PDF build pulls in TeX, so it sits behind its own PDF
option that is off by default.
Install cffi-toolchain, which cffi-grovel now depends on, plus the new
src/c2ffi and toolchain modules and grovel/common.h, which grovel
includes in the C files it generates.
devel/cl-alexandria: Split the PDF documentation into its own option.
Building the PDF needs texi2pdf and pulls in TeX, which is a lot of
machinery for a small utility library, so it now lives behind a PDF
option that is off by default. The HTML and info files only need
makeinfo and are still built with DOCS.
Also install alexandria.info: DOCS_INFO pointed at doc/alexandria, but
nothing ever installed the file, so the port registered an info entry
it did not ship.
devel/cl-alexandria: Limit portscout to the 1.x series.
Upstream has only ever tagged v1.1 through v1.4, and the archive
listing at gitlab.common-lisp.net now sits behind an anti-bot
challenge, so portscout was reporting a spurious 3.0 whose suggested
download was really alexandria-v1.4-<commit>.tar.bz2.
misc/mmv: update to version 2.10
This update replaces the unmaintained legacy version by a fork that
is seeing active development.
A number of options have been added, but the commands and options
should be backwards compatible with the original version.
shells/fish: 4.8.1
Note that the vastly reduced number of installed scripts does not reflect
a regression in functionality, but rather that those scripts are now
compiled into the binary.

sound: Retire sndcard_func
sndcard_func is used as an ivar which passes around device info to the
PCM and MIDI children in snd_csa(4) and snd_emu10kx(4). Simplify this
and retire the need for sndcard_func, by 1) making an ivar only what
used to be stored in sndcard_func->varinfo, 2) replacing
sndcard_func->func with a child comparison, where needed, for instance
in csa_detach().
sndcard_func is harmless in reality, but there is no reason to have the
additional complexity. This way we also avoid the structure allocations.
