Further updates to .zshrc for nomad and root account

Fix missing libglx problem

Instead of using symlinks and moving xorg-server's libglx.so to
${PREFIX}/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/.xorg/libglx.so, the nvidia-
driver ports now use libmap.d instead.

Multiply the timeout value by 10.

This should prevent I/O operations on slow USB devices from timing out.
In addition, add a debug message in case there are still timeouts.

Set webcamd_enable="YES" to suppress warning messages.

devd automatically starts webcamd via "service webcamd start" if a
webcam was detected. This produces warning messages if webcamd_enable
is set to "NO" in /etc/rc.conf.

Add a configure_cupsd function.

For now, it just disables the IdleExitTimeout directive, which cupsd
doesn't seem to know.

Set hdac polling via rc script.

The script enables polling for each hdac device.

Change dmenu to dmenu_run

Use defs.h to conditionally build the GUI for ZFS or UFS

Start dmenu via <Alt>+<Space>

Build security/opendoas via ports for now.
