Bump PKGREVISION to reflect the recent change in pkginstall/shells to use
etcutils to update /etc/shells.

Not MAKE_JOBS_SAFE.

Fix build on amd64. This is horrible code and e.g. using GCC builtins
would be much cleaner. Mark as destdir safe.

Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users at NetBSD.org in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list).  Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

Make this build on Darwin. Fix PR 32796.

Reset maintainer on his request. PR 32699.

Remove USE_PKGINSTALL from pkgsrc now that mk/install/pkginstall.mk
automatically detects whether we want the pkginstall machinery to be
used by the package Makefile.

Updated to 20051114. Patch provided by Leonard Schmidt in PR 32095.
I added patch-b{a,b,c} that are needed for NetBSD 1.6.2.

Reimport 9rc as 9base since the package was renamed.  Patches provided
by Leonard Schmidt (maintainer) in PR pkg/31945.
