misc/xdelta3: Update to 3.2.0 and take maintainership
Port changes:
- Switch the upstream build from Autotools to CMake
(see https://github.com/jmacd/xdelta)
- Update the declared license from GPLv2+ to Apache 2.0
(as per https://github.com/jmacd/xdelta)
- Enable armor support and the static-library build
- Install the public header, static library, pkg-config file, and CMake
package metadata
- Remove the obsolete regtest patch (not required anymore due to
changes to the build infrastructure)
- Update WWW, COMMENT, and pkg-descr to reflect these chagnes
- Add a complete pkg-plist

converters/pecl-igbinary-session: New port: Replacement for the standard PHP serializer (+session support)
Igbinary is a drop in replacement for the standard PHP serializer.
Instead of time and space consuming textual representation, igbinary
stores PHP data structures in a compact binary form. Savings are
significant when using memcached or similar memory based storages for
serialized data.
This port supports sessions, a feature that is only available when the
session module is statically compiled into PHP. This port patch igbinary
to use the dynamically compiled session module.

bsdconfig: add datetime module for live system clock
Provide bsdconfig datetime (menu), date, and time to set the running
system clock via dialog(1)/bsddialog(1) --calendar and --timebox with
mustberoot. Unlike bsdinstall's time helper, this operates on the live
system rather than a CHROOT-staged install target, and calls
adjkerntz(8) after a successful change so the CMOS stays in sync.
