textproc/redisearch: fix build on powerpc*
1. ScalableVectorSearch change sent to upstream.
2. VectorSimilarity changes sent to upstream.
3. redisearch upstream itself doesn't require changes, the code
now properly checks pointer size.
graphics/openorienteering-mapper: fix build with DISABLE_LICENSES=yes
If DISABLE_LICENSES=yes is set, gdal is built without license file.

mail/courier-imap: Add note on solving possible memory issue
When scanning maildirs with many files (more than 120000) the imapd
daemon can crash reaching it's ulimit memory.

used to increase the limit.

autofs: enable witness for autofs node lock
Previously, an_vnode_lock was initialized with SX_NOWITNESS to silence
lock order reversals. The reversals would occur when autofs_node_vn()
was called with the directory vnode lock held, then lock an_vnode_lock,
then lock the vnode attached to the autofs node. It looked like:
directory vnode -> an_vnode_lock -> vnode attached to autofs node
The established lock order is now vnode -> an_vnode_lock
Currently, we don't have to worry about losing an autofs node during the
unlock/lock as autofs nodes are only removed during an unmount() after
vflush(). When autofs_node_vn() is called, the mountpoint has either
been busied (preventing unmount) or a directory vnode is locked which
prevents vflush() from finishing until the directory vnode is unlocked.

net/route-summarization: [New Port] Lightweight CIDR aggregator using Perl's Net::CIDR::Lite
A lightweight CIDR aggregation utility built in Perl using the
Net::CIDR::Lite module. This tool summarizes IPv4 and IPv6 prefixes
from standard input and optionally formats output for SPF record
usage.
Inspired by the original concept described in Random Thoughts.
