powerpc/pmap: Add a minimum TID width
QEMU doesn't appear to emulate the MMUCFG register for Book-E CPUs, so
give a sane small default of 7, for an 8 bit PID register.
website/contact: Remove GitHub advice
The doc project has demonstrated a consistent and united consensus that
we do not want to receive patches on GitHub. Remove the suggestion to
send patches on the GitHub silo that only carlavilla and I will see.

net/scapy: Silence cryptography warnings
Apply Scapy commit caa005d ("Handle cryptography FFDH warnings") to
prevent cryptography warnings from causing test failures in our
infrastructure.
Once a new Scapy release is out, this patch will be included and this
commit should be reverted.

www/moinmoin: reassign to wiki-admin@.
Even though this port is old and depends on the deprecated python2,
we are still using it as wiki.FreeBSD.org. So, mark it as safe
from deprecation by anyone who does not know that.
There is an open task to either update the wiki (v3 is a complete
rewrite), or to migrate it to something never.
