net/freebsd-route*: Regen upstream distfile
The upstream repo has been regenerated to include rc.d files. The
v15.0 version is the original extracted from 15-CURRENT. v15.0p1
removes sbin/routed/Makefile.inc as there is no ../Makefile.inc.
This allows me to maintain a pristine copy for posterity and a
copy that builds under ports.
There no change from previous commits except that rc files are now
included.
x11/waylock: back to GitHub except WWW
As the mirror is no longer archived switch back to facilitate updating
submodules until USE_GITEA or similar appears.
This reverts commit 48c44950a2f5075f508025f50af88a6bbb88e55d.

Tuesday, 16 April 2024. Today KDE releases a bugfix update to KDE Plasma
6, versioned 6.0.4.
This release adds three weeks' worth of new translations and fixes from
KDE's contributors. The bugfixes are typically small but important and
include:
* Foldermodel: Export urls to the Desktop Portal on drag and copy.
* System Monitor: Fix the column configuration dialog being too small
on the overview page.
* Applets/battery: Check actual battery for charge state workaround.

ftp/yafc: Mark DEPRECATED
- Unmaintained, last upstream release was in 2016
- Do not see an exact reason for another ftp client in the tree
- Set EXPIRATION_DATE 2024-05-17
If someone needs this port feel free to undeprecate and takeover
maintainership.
